Jordan Campus Child Care

We just started here last month. The people caring for my kiddos have seemed to be very pleasant. When I pick them up, the caretakers let me know what my kids did and how their day was spent. I read one old review that said the kids don’t learn here - I think it’s important for the kids to be around other kids so that’s enough for me. My kids enjoy going here and ask to go every other day. I just wish they had an app so I can get photos through out the day. 😊 thank you to the staff! 😊

This place is so terrible! PLEASE, don’t bring your children here! I don’t think a lot of parents know how their children are being treated here. It’s so sad because I heard about many issues here but got into the dental hygiene program at the school and needed early morning care on a few days and decided to give them a try out of convince but it’s has been nothing but neglect on the children, and weird things going on. Below are just a few points- You can’t bring any food for your kids here and the food delivered is not tasty for children at all. Wendy is terrible, she doesn’t respect you as a parent, if the weather is raining hard or snowing she’ll demand the kids to go outside in terrible conditions! If you ask to not have your child go out she’ll just say “don’t come here then”. No respect. The place REUSES metal water bottle for the kids. One of the kids there had oral infection and it was most likely from them reusing those for the children (gross). During nap time they are laying next to the kids and it’s just weird. No other preschool/day care for 4-5years olds do that. It’s not clean, they put up these air purifiers to help with the bad smell but it’s because they aren’t keeping up on the cleaning. None of the teachers have degrees in childcare and it’s so concerning… Lastly, they won’t teach your child much they want them to play all day, but Wendy will go in and start talking about “body safety” giving the kids examples of how no one should pull their pants down.. it’s inappropriate and they should have someone with appropriate education come in if they want to teach these topics to pre-schoolers…. My child also hates going here (he says a lot of hitting is going on and swearing) and he has never had an issue at his preschools in the past! If I could give a 0 stars I would!

I have no complaints. All the staff is so kind and my <1 year old daughter always loved seeing her teachers. They would give me a recap of the day when I picked her up, and throughout the year kept up on a portfolio of her developmental milestones along with pictures. The facility is a newer building on campus and they keep the daycare center very clean. Their pricing is so fair compared to so many other childcare centers. I had to pull my daughter out due to financial struggles but if I had kept her in I would’ve!

It was okay but they seem to change their staff a lot on Saturdays. On Saturday 28th my baby wasn’t feeling well but I hadn’t gone to class for a couple of weeks already so I went cause it wasn’t that bad. My baby was crying she didn’t want to let go of me, which always breaks my heart. They were two girls there, the ethnic girl was so sweet but the white girl had to make a comment a long the lines of “she knows the more she cries the more her mom will not go” I mean that doesn’t help neither the child nor the parent. Maybe hiring girls that are actually interested in child development and not only there because they don’t have food at home. Seems like the only thing she cared for was her cereal
