  • I wish I could give zero stars. The staff at this pool was so difficult when I tried canceling my monthly membership. My kids are allergic to the insane amounts of chlorine they put in the pool and get sick every time. Still, the membership supervisor argued with me and withheld our refund saying she needed a hand written notice. An email is sufficient in 2026 lady. I’m calling the health department next!

  • Booked my 5 year olds birthday like 6 weeks in advance, sadly the day of the party was freezing and super windy. I called the night before to ask about details of the pavilion, how far it was from the indoor pool, ect and was told that the pavilion had 3 sides and one open side so the wind and rain likely wouldn’t be an issue and that it was a short walk to the indoor pool. Could have moved the event had they just said what it really was - a literal open tent with baby gate style sides over 100 yards away from the indoor pool. So now I have 15 people, babies, and a bunch of small kids there and would not be having my guests to the party sitting in 50 degree windy weather soaking wet. Didn’t use the pavilion, actually didn’t do the party at all. Swam at the indoor pool and had to find another venue for the party. Every single question I asked the whole day the staff said “I don’t know”. Couldn’t tell me what was included, if I had already paid for any admission, if there was anything we could do. I asked if our pavilion fees ($100 for the pavilion and a cleaning fee) could be applied to the admissions of the indoor pool because we didn’t use it and the staff really misled us the night before. The manager told her “no because technically the pool was open they could have used it”. You’re right, but a little human decency is also technically possible. It’s an aquatic center, not some fancy thing that everyone is banging the doors down on, you would have lost nothing. Everyone had a terrible time, we were there for an hour, and are out $210. Terrible service, a gross indoor pool, and horribly trained employees. The weather wasn’t their fault, the experience in general was. Not to mention, half of the time when you asked them something they just didn’t even respond and stared at me. It was literally embarrassing to have the birthday party here.

  • Workers are extremely rude for no reason. Came in with my friends, walked two steps through the door when they told us to leave. I guess they thought we were supposed to be in school but we couldn't get one word in. Ive called before and they just gave me attitude the whole time just for asking a simple question.

  • Pricing to get in is not worth the quality of the place. It’s gotten Very run down over the years needs a ton of work done and remodeling. Talking about showers and bathrooms. And the indoor pool for the kiddos is very outdated. Plenty of lifeguards on duty but no one’s cleaning up. floors are soaked in the indoor pools and visibly dirty from everyone coming and going.

  • If you’re going specifically for lap swimming, this is a great facility. The lap pool is bright, the water temperature is comfortable, there are plenty of lanes, and the hours are generous. The weight room, however, could use some improvement. A few machines are in need of repair, and the overall equipment selection is fairly limited. Family swim is fun for kids, but the available hours are somewhat restricted, which can make it harder to plan around. The locker rooms are spacious, and the showers offer individual privacy curtains, which is a plus. There are also small family changing rooms available. We pay about $40 a month for a family of five, which feels like a good value as long as we’re able to go a few times each month.

  • To start off, the outdoor options for this pool are amazing in the summertime. But this has by far the smallest and worst indoor pool of anywhere in the state. It seriously needs a huge rework. They have huge murals covering all of the windows, so the inside is dark and dingy as well.
