Learn and Play Daycare LLC

My review got deleted so I will be reposting 😌 Rebecca got fired. Which was the best thing she would charge me for things I shouldn't have been charged she knew I was struggling and would charge late fees on top of a fee she created herself and would just pocket. Ever since she got fired a few days ago she stared having people leave bad reviews which is ridiculous! It was a bad daycare because how she ran it my kid would get left at school 1hr after he got let out all the time causing me to go pick up my kids. She was never truly in the office and when she was it was to make sure to charge us none sence charges and blame it all on haji who wasn't even there. She would shut down the daycare on ridiculous holidays. Since shes been gone you could already feel the energy shift and Im excited to see the days ahead with this please. All bad reviews that have been in the past have been directed towards her I suggest taking that into consideration and if you were her before and left because of her give it another try 💜❤️

I would not recommend this daycare. It was the worst experience overall. I would leave my child in the mornings & he would cry & the person who would take him would be so rude to my son. She would make comments like “What’s wrong with you? Why are you crying?” He’s only a 2 year old, comments like that should not be made. Another thing is, I would pick up my son & would notice scratches on his face. Then I noticed a pretty bad scratch on his neck. They would tell me another kid & my son would fight for the same toy. But at that time nothing was ever reported, until I pointed the scratches out. It was very irritating so I finally decided to take my son out of this facility. On another occasion that was a huge red flag for me was that I went to pick up my son & they took a very long time to get him. I noticed the teachers were outside of what I believe was the toddlers classroom asking another child to open the classroom door, while my son & a few other kids were inside that class. Eventually one of the kids was able to open the door. It was a scary & irritating experience that I hope no parent has to go through.

I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for child care services for their child(ren). The owners and staff are very experienced and professional, and I’ve only had positive experiences here.

I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to anybody the manager Rebecca will harass you for a payment even if your child don’t be there she don’t know why her staff aren’t properly working when she’s not around my son got a busted lip and I wasn’t informed about it so I informed Rebecca and she told me she was gonna look at the cameras and never did got back to me my son also had a blow out and the staff didn’t change him and wait for us to pick him up. I informed Rebecca all she said was she wasn’t in the office due to a surgery when running a daycare you should have better answer then that they don’t do activities with the toddler but take them outside when the center is called learn and play shouldn’t the be learning something as well the manager and her staff are very unprofessional they barely speak English now reading the other reviews it’s clear REBECCA IS A LIAR ✅

West valley, west valley, I'm a single father out of state Georgia to be exact. But support this local business in the community. I happen to get my paperwork in for my daughter nice and smooth. Communication about stuff was sent and me and other parents, the director and his staff is very supportive, my daughter seems to enjoy her time, just recently the kids had a valentine event, wish it was warm for more field trips. Thank you Rebecca, the wonderful staff that take care of my daughter and appreciate you Haji, keep thriving Learn and Play Daycare.
