The infant care is incredibly disappointing. The classrooms and playgrounds are full of hazards and do not seem like safe environments for small babies. The stroller they use has broken straps and I saw a baby had completely fallen over in it the other day because the broken strap was not holding him up and he could have easily fallen out. The chairs they sit in during meals also all seem to be broken and have broken straps and the babies fall out of them or just get up while the teacher isn’t looking. The playground is just a disaster. They easily have over 15 babies out there all at the same time and they are constantly running over each other. Small babies are placed on hard concrete ground with nothing to cushion them while the older babies run them over with bikes and push cars. And the staff never seem to be paying attention and are always huddled together talking instead of watching and making sure the babies are safe. They are just asking for something disastrous to happen with this horrible set up. You’d think with how much money they charge you they’d at least be able to afford a functional stroller that babies won’t be falling out of but I guess that’s just too much to ask.
Amantina TerryJun 6, 2026I have had my 2 school aged sons here for a couple years and have loved it! Staff is great to communicate and inform me about things. The summer program is a favorite of my boys! So many fun field trips and activities! My kids have always loved their teachers. When I've had some questions the admin have been great to listen and talk things through with me. Would highly recommend!
Adelyn AbbottApr 20, 2026Northstar is amazing! I never worry about dropping off my daughter because I know she is loved and cared for here. They have such a fun curriculum that fits with each age group. She has learned so much here. We love it and her wonderful teachers!
Megan VogelsbergerDec 23, 2025I would highly recommend Northstar preschools. They follow a curriculum, even for the babies and my son has learned so much from them and hes not even 2. The staff there are so friendly and understanding. We love them!
Emily SimmonsDec 11, 2025New review Had to edit this review as it no longer reflects the school I made this very positive review and name dropped teachers to help them with a review competition and it helped the teachers receive $25 each if they got their name added in a review all the teachers were great other than being understaffed and had incidents happen, and the actions taken after the incident I no longer felt comfortable having them attend, I had to remove my children from their care Old review I have 3 children that go to this daycare and I absolutely love it they have a app that keeps me updated on my kids thru out the day how my baby has ate, & diaper changes , I love the whole staff and they all should be awared but I have to give a shout out to those teachers that help my kiddos and make a difference 🗣️ KEELY HUGHES IS AMAZING you can tell all the kids have just such a big connection with her! , 🗣️ EMILY SIMMONS is another that has made my child feel very warm and opening and has made drop off easier for me and my kiddo 🗣️SIENA my Son loves to stay and help her clean up he thinks she’s such a amazing soul and person and you see her kindness 🗣️ KAREN JOHNSON always has a pretty good size group and handles it so well! You can see the kids have such a big connection with her and last but Not LESS 🗣️ miss Pita !! She’s amazing and I think all kids from all age groups know who she is 😂♥️♥️ these women are like the souls to these classes and make these kid’s experiences awesome fun exciting and loving ♥️ 10/10 recommend
alicia bentonJan 12, 2025A good daycare with very accommodating hours. Most of the employees are very caring and considerate of our son. The only feedback I would like to provide is that our son has a blowout almost every day due to his diapers not being put on properly and diapers not being changed as often as they should be. Other than that our son absolutely loves going each day and is always having lots of fun when we pick him up. Thank you guys for your hard work, we appreciate you all so much.
