  • I don’t know why women who work in customer service in Utah feel so comfortable in their jobs that they neglect basic customer service policies and even regular manners. If I’m walking into a rec center to use the facilities, it doesn’t matter what day it is or what time, please do not GLARE at me. I’m a paying patron. If you’re not gonna ask me how my morning is going or even thank me for coming in, the LEAST you can do is not look evil and glare.

  • The employees that work at the front desk are extremely rude and have very bad customer service

  • The desk assistants in the gym building and swimming pool are good but this boy is not. He was extremely RUDE to my son on various occasions. The boy wore a BEER hat and had hickey marks on his neck. Very unprofessional look for someone at their supposed job. Can’t believe the level of rudeness I experienced from this boy on his cellphone. Be better.

  • Nice place for a county rec. Got a lot of gym machines and different work our classes. Super nice staff and people in the mornings not sure but later in the day that's not my work out time.
