  • Out of the 15 treadmills, 3 have been out of order for months, out of the 4 stair masters, the best 2 have been out of order for about a month now, a lot of the equipment is too old for it’s time. Very disappointing , but with help, spirit can get better

  • This place is the best in Cedar City. It has a sauna which is rare here and when the gym is busy, it's never too busy. I have never had to wait for a machine or weights once! I certainly recommend spirit over anything else.

  • Seems good, not too busy when I've been. FYI: cost quoted was $25/mo for 24mo prepay, $30/mo 12mo prepay, $40/mo month to month. $10/mo for "daycare"/child (1.5hr's/session unlimited sessions, random walk-in for other kids also available I think maybe $2/session, have 1 daycare session mornings, 1 evenings M-TH). Some free workout classes (some other stuff that meets there like "child dance" that is pay). Plus some kind of not too crazy startup fee. Though there is a $70 "plus 30 days" cancellation fee. Can add a "family pass" for another $20/mo, spouse and kids "12 and up" can come. Good deal. Has a sauna in the bathrooms.

  • I just moved to Cedar City from Los Angeles and loved the fact that this gym was focused on Wellness. I visited the gym first and liked everything about it! Lasse, one of the owners, was super friendly and gave me a warm welcome, invited me to explore the facility, answered all my questions, and assisted me with my gym membership. This gym is huge, 2 floors of every piece of gym equipment imaginable, great class schedules, with a super supportive staff! I highly recommend this gym for all your workout needs!

  • Gym feels very overcrowded with machines which could be nice except that they only had 4 rags in the entire place to wipe down equipment and the rags were really dirty. Customer service was terrible as an older lady at the front desk was gossiping and talking bad about one lifter lifting a little too loud (according to her because she decided that it was best to yell at the person in front of the entire gym) but didn't get after some teenagers who were slamming weights down repeatedly a couple days prior. Really poor quality of equipment too.

  • Decided to swing by while in cedar city using my gymjumper pass... I really liked it! Tons of equipment, endless options for exercising all muscle groups. Highly recommend. The staff is also so personable and friendly🏋️‍♂️
