I've been happy with the care at this facility. The SproutAbout app has been great, my son has learned so much, been exposed to many new things, and many of the teachers have gone above and beyond. I was initially very concerned to leave my child with others for hours, but I quickly became comfortable and that's the highest praise I think I could give. I appreciate the hard work, attention, and patience the staff here gives me child.
Curtis StoneJul 16, 2026My daughter has been attending for a few weeks now, and we’ve had a great experience so far. The management team takes our concerns seriously and responds quickly, which we really appreciate. We also love being able to view the classroom cameras throughout the day, along with receiving regular updates and photos. It gives us real peace of mind knowing how she’s doing.
Jakob BakerMar 27, 2026I have been very pleased with this school since my daughter started here. She looks forward to coming to school everyday and has had a very positive experience. Management is great and very professional in handling any concerns I have had during her time here. Kay is always a positive teacher to interact with, and Whitney and Malibu have been great and welcoming. I Can’t recommend children’s courtyard enough.
Nickolas EversoleMar 20, 2026I have absolutely loved our experience here at children’s courtyard, my daughter is sooo excited to go to school everyday and see all her teachers and friends now she cries on the days she doesn’t attend to co to school! The staff has been amazing and my daughter loves everyone of them she always comes home talking about Brooke and all the other ladies here that she gets to spend time with! The school is always clean and well kept even with the craziness of kids it always feels tidy. The management here is amazing, we followed Whitney the director from another school after my children attending that school for 3+ years because we were so happy with all she did for us and our kids, she always takes any concern big or small very seriously, Whitney and Malibu have been great to work with and I feel lucky my daughter’s daycare is ran by such amazing folks! My daughter is learning new things all the time, trying new foods she wouldn’t normally, and being exposed to so many different things we wouldn’t be able to provide at home. We did have a concern with another child being mean to my 3 year old and the director took our concerns seriously and made sure she was in a safe environment and I feel comfortable and happy. I can’t wait for my school ager to attend this summer, I know it will be so much fun! We loves children’s courtyard, I can’t recommend it enough.
Jordan ChristensenMar 20, 2026I’m a single parent and I have no other option but to leave my 3 yr old son at a daycare. At first children’s courtyard seemed promising. After a week my son came home with a different vocabulary. Mind you my boys only 3 and doesn’t hear language like that at home. Find a better environment for your children.
Heber AdamsMar 20, 2026I truly felt so hopeful about this daycare at first, the learning environment, the structure, and the overall atmosphere all seemed wonderful. Unfortunately, that hope quickly turned into anxiety. I want to start by recognizing Brooke, who was absolutely amazing. She was patient, communicative, and did an incredible job with my admittedly difficult 3-year-old who has ADHD. Under her care, we saw real progress. However, during the three months my son and daughter attended, there was an extremely high staff turnover. By the end, only two teachers remained from when we started. After my son’s main teacher left, things took a drastic turn. The consistency I had hoped for completely disappeared. There were different teachers every day, each with different expectations, which made things very difficult for my son. Communication about my son’s behavior also escalated. What started as occasional updates turned into daily calls. A week before they discontinued his care, they mentioned a “special care plan”something I had requested back in week three. Unfortunately, it was never properly implemented, and it became clear that many of the newer staff lacked the training to support him effectively. What was most heartbreaking was what I observed on the cameras. I saw my 3-year-old being treated in ways that deeply upset me, being dragged by the arm, spoken to harshly, and at times ignored altogether. When I brought these concerns to the director, explaining that I felt his behavior was worsening due to frustration and lack of support, I was told that if I didn’t like how they handled things, I should take him home. As a working mom, that response felt incredibly defeating.I fully acknowledge that my son can be challenging. He has had difficult days, including tipping chairs or a small bookshelf. But like any child, he thrives with consistency, patience, and support things Brooke provided, and where we saw improvement. The final incident that led to his dismissal was especially concerning. My 3-year-old was able to access an emergency exit door and got outside the daycare this happened once on a previous day and twice in one day. This raises serious safety concerns. Why do children have access to an exit that leads directly outside, especially near a busy road? Why wasn’t it secured? And why was he unsupervised to the point that he and other children—were found outside? Instead of addressing these issues, the blame was placed entirely on my barely three-year-old. He was labeled a “bad kid,” and it felt like the staff had given up on him. In reality, he was acting out because he needed attention and support that he wasn’t receiving. His concerns, like other children taking his things were often ignored when he tried to ask for help. I was very upfront about my son’s behavior from the beginning and was reassured that the daycare could support him and create a plan. That did not happen. I am heartbroken that my children had to leave their friends and the teachers they had bonded with. I am also deeply disappointed in how this situation was handled and the lack of compassion and professionalism shown in the end.
