VASA Fitness - Lehi

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mackenzie, the current General Manager at VASA Lehi. I just spoke with her about a concern I had regarding a KidCare policy, and she showed genuine care, patience, and professionalism throughout our conversation. She truly listened to what I had to say without dismissing my concerns and took the time to explain the situation clearly. I also appreciated that she offered thoughtful options and solutions rather than simply brushing the issue off. It’s rare to feel both heard and respected when raising a concern, and Mackenzie made that experience a positive one. Her approach really reflects strong leadership and a commitment to member care. Good job Lehi Vasa!

It's a pretty new gym and so the equipment is nice. There are a couple machines/areas that seem to be perpetually out of order. It's packed a lot of the time. Be willing to wait for equipment wherever you go. Staff is nice. Although I haven't had great experiences reporting broken equipment. They've been adding new equipment and just built a new LYFT studio. Overall very nice and I can get a good workout.

Disclosure: I still go here and have been for the last 2 years. It’s too convenient to go anywhere else I’m reading some of these reviews and I just wanted to give my account of what I have experienced Yes: I have experienced seeing and hearing sexual activity in the Male Gym Locker/Shower area. Absolutely disgusting and appalling. Not frequently but more than once is enough for me. It’s has been a while since this has happened to me Yes it is extremely crowded. I have been during every possible hour of any day and there are “less busy” hours but it is an extremely used gym and you will need to wait for equipment most of the time Yes they have the weirdest priorities when it comes to equipment. At this point they need to add in another set of lower weight dumbbells all the way from 5-50lbs. They need more incline benches, they need this, they need that. There is some room for machine or weight expansion yet they have chosen to leave it regardless of the traffic that comes through here. Unfortunately this vasa services 4-5 different cities so it captures a lot of people. Vasa as a company needs to figure out how to manage or setup smaller gyms to ease the flow. It’s a really nice new gym don’t get me wrong. Some of the people are animals and don’t clean up after themselves in the bathrooms or put weights back so we need to work on that as a community and calling those people out when we see it. But overall it’s a decent gym especially for the price I’m currently paying

Staff, equipment, facilities get 5 stars. But this gym is a ZOO! It’s like the new years rush 24/7 365! The answer isn’t just to have more locations in Utah county, Vasa needs to charge individuals more for staying 2+ hours. Whether I go at 5am 7am or 10am I’ll see the same 15-20 people there stopping at every station to talk/flirt. Have us scan out when we leave the gym so we can track this. These people basically live at vasa! There should also be a limit to how many times a month you can go to a vasa that isn’t nearest to your home address.

I be up in the gym just working on my fitness !!! I love this place. I’m here fr two hours a day. The studio flow is honestly the best yoga class I’ve ever been to. I love the infrared panels and my very favorite part is the cool towel that smells so good they give you at the end. Now that’s high class. All the teachers are amazing. I love Yosha, Mandy, Michele, Susie, Melanie… I hope I didn’t miss anyone. They are all so incredible and help me reach my yoga goals. I always leave class feeling much better. (: I love the steam sauna as well. Makes me feel brand new. I’m so glad they put a Vasa In Lehi!
