  Our family enrolled our son in this center in January. Over the course of approximately two months, we did not receive consistent written behavioral reports or incident documentation through Brightwheel regarding serious concerns. At pickup, we were often told he “did fine.” It was not until we requested a formal meeting that we were informed his behavior was considered severe and occurring daily. During that meeting, when I attempted to share behaviors we have been addressing at home and the documented professional evaluations we have pursued, I was interrupted and told it was concerning that this information had not previously been shared. I was also informed during the meeting that our child may require professional behavioral services. We have already proactively sought medical and behavioral guidance, which is documented. After expressing concerns about the lack of documentation and stating that we intended to file a formal complaint regarding communication and procedures, we were told a CPS report would be made based on behaviors discussed. Our son was dismissed without being provided documented incident reports, a written behavior plan, or progressive intervention documentation. We believe clear communication, documentation, and collaboration with families are essential when addressing behavioral concerns.

  We love Agape! My son just started a month ago in the toddler room and he adores ms. Lilly! From the time we met them to tour the place we instantly loved Brooke & Colleen. The honesty, transparency, and how sweet and friendly every teacher in that place has been to my son and I is a huge green flag. You can tell how much they all love what they do and it is such a warm environment. My son loves going everyday. He’s happy and thriving as well as loved and we are grateful for agape and their awesome team

  I can’t describe how wonderful these past couple of months at Agape have been. I am so happy to see how much my daughter is learning. This is her very first time in daycare, and although she was shy at first when meeting new people, her social skills have grown so much. The staff has been absolutely wonderful—always quick to inform me about everything—and my daughter truly loves her teachers. She gets excited to go every single day, which makes me so grateful for the care and support she’s receiving.

  I have 4 kids that have attended Agape since opening in Summer of 2024. The communication from staff to families is always open and clear. I have never felt as though I wasn't welcome to have an unannounced visit or linger in a classroom. I see pictures daily and their app is constantly updated with what the kids are doing throughout the day. Because I have so many children in different classes I feel compelled to share that the 5 different classrooms my kids have rotated through have all been phenomenal. The staff turn-over rate seems to be lower compared to other daycare centers. Staff treat the kids as individuals and really care for the WHOLE child. There isn't an area of development that they don't get met at Agape....There is a big focus on social-emotional learning which is really important to me, but that doesn't mean that there isn't a TON of academic learning woven in as well. My 5 year olds were well prepared for Kindergarten and have been thriving after their year at Agape. My kids have gone through a big transition in the last year and Agape has been such a support to them (and me!) as well as understanding our circumstances and the changes in behavior some of my children experienced. Brooke and Colleen have the children's well being and safety as their top priority and treat their staff as family. I recommend them to any parent who is looking for care!

  We absolutely love Agape! Leaving our kids here feels just like leaving them with family — we honestly don’t worry at all because the staff are so attentive and caring. Our children are in several classes, and every teacher makes a point to know each child personally, which is amazing. Since starting here, our kids have made incredible strides in all areas of development. The daily photos and detailed updates about their activities make us feel so connected to their day, a huge difference from our previous daycare experience, where we rarely knew what was happening in class. Brooke is wonderful to work with and always open to face-to-face conversations about any questions or concerns — we deeply appreciate that transparency. We couldn’t imagine a better environment for our kids to grow, learn, and thrive.

  We just recently started attending this center for our son. It has been such a good fit for him and all the teachers say he listens so well. This is his first experience being away from me but Brooke made me feel so comfortable and his teachers have been so nice. I love the use of the app so I can see how he is doing throughout the day. I love how they do age appropriate activities during his time there so he is learning while having fun.
