  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Summer at Carol Daycare. As a working parent, finding a trustworthy, caring, and effective teacher for my daughter was my top priority, and Ms. Summer has far exceeded my expectations. From day one, Ms. Summer created a warm and inviting environment that my daughter look forward to every day. Her dedication and love for her students are evident in the incredible habits and skills she has instilled in my child. She has grown so much, not only academically but also socially and emotionally, under her guidance. Ms. Summer has a unique ability to make each child feel special and understood, which has fostered a deep love for learning in my daughter. The principles she implements have helped my child develop independence, curiosity, and a genuine enthusiasm for exploring the world around them.   Carol Daycare is one of the best daycares in the Northern Virginia area. As a first-time mom, I was very nervous about trusting anyone to watch my son. I toured many daycares in the area before deciding where to send my first son. As soon as I toured this daycare, there was no need to look for any more. I knew this was the one. Ms. Summer is so loving, attentive, caring, and kind. At first sight, I felt that Ms. Summer really enjoys what she is doing. Words cannot describe how thankful we are to Ms. Summer. She sends us pictures of my son very often and responds promptly to either text or phone call. Ms. Summer is an expert in the field of education. She has more than 10+ years of teaching experience. She also has a Montessori background and truly focuses on the child, inspiring learning, confidence, and curiosity. This daycare is also designed for outdoor exploration and nature-based activities. There are only good things to say about this daycare. I had to commute 45 minutes one-way to send my son to Carol, but I had such a fantastic experience.

  Ms. Summer is amazing! She communicates well and love the daily reports shared. My son has been attending almost since the beginning and he loves it there. She’s very patient with the kids and treats them as if they are her own. My son only attends part time but is always wanting to go see Ms. Summer! Great educational structure, mix of Montessori background! Highly recommend Carol’s Daycare!

  I'm very happy to find Carol daycare for my daughter. Ms. Choi is very professional and experienced with children. It's very spacious and decorated well that my daughter fell in love as soon as she walked in. The way my daughter smiles when she talks about how amazing time she had with friends and Ms. Choi proves that this is her second home. I highly recommend Carol daycare!

  We love Carol daycare! We needed childcare during my son's spring break and Ms. Choi saved the day. She is a former teacher and well versed in Montessori principles, so although my son was a bit older than the other kids, she was able to keep him engaged all day. He truly had a wonderful spring break in her beautiful daycare space learning about insects, playing with sensory materials, being exposed to the violin (Ms. Choi plays for the kids), eating delicious home-made Korean food, playing in the backyard, and they even had a farewell ice cream party for him on his last day. Ms. Choi is an amazing teacher and caregiver and my son didn't want to leave at the end of the day and keeps asking to go back. I completely recommend Carol Daycare and Ms. Choi -- her home daycare is a hidden treasure!
