  • They came through when the family was dealing with separation. Assisting with the child's emotional experience in dealing with the parental change. Openingly helping the family with suggestions, communication and additional paperwork. We thank you for going above and beyond.

  • My children have been enrolled at COA since they were just 6 months old (they’re now 3), and in that time I’ve experienced three different center directors. Without question, Amanda is the best director this center has ever had. She brings an energy and professionalism that completely elevates the experience for both families and staff. Under her leadership, COA offers an incredible variety of thoughtfully planned activities that keep the children engaged and excited to learn. I especially appreciate that she encourages parent involvement — it makes us feel like true partners in our children’s growth. Any issues are handled promptly and with care, and you can genuinely feel the difference in teacher morale; the staff seem happier, more motivated, and more connected with the kids. The Jubal Early COA has become more than just a childcare center — it feels like a community. Amanda’s management style fosters trust, communication, and joy, and I can honestly say this is the best place to bring your children. If you’re looking for a center where your kids will thrive and you’ll feel supported every step of the way, COA on Jubal Early is unmatched.

  • Tammy has gone above and beyond for every child including mine. Normally you see the higher up staff at places sitting around in their office while everyone else is doing all the work but that's not the case here. She is in classrooms 90 percent of the time I walk in to the school attending to children.. the first time I ever picked up my son from there when she started I was shocked. She was on the ground with the kids. Those kids were laughing and playing around with her. That was the day I knew I picked the right school for my son. Thank you Tammy for caring for our kiddos!! Crystal and Amanda are also amazing!!!! It doesn't matter what kind of day they are having... They do not show the kids. I come in some mornings and see Amanda in the classroom playing with the kids. As for Crystal she is always making sure everyone is taken care of and the kids are happy. That's what all schools need. More administration that care:) My son loves it here!! Thank you Tammy, Crystal, and Amanda!

  • I cannot say enough wonderful things about COA of Winchester and the exceptional teachers and administrators who care for my child. From the very first day (2 years ago), we felt welcomed, supported, and confident that our little one was in the best hands possible. The teachers are not only highly professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind, compassionate, and attentive to each child’s unique needs. They go above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. The curriculum is both engaging and developmentally appropriate, fostering creativity, curiosity, and social skills. I’ve seen my child grow in so many ways—learning new concepts, gaining independence, and forming meaningful friendships. It’s evident that the teachers truly care about the children’s well-being, often providing personalized updates and insights into their progress, which we deeply appreciate. The facility itself is spotless, organized, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of opportunities for active play and quiet moments. We’re grateful for the peace of mind that comes with knowing our child is receiving such high-quality care every day. I wholeheartedly recommend Children of America Winchester to any family looking for a nurturing, enriching environment for their child.

  • Honestly if I had the option this place wouldn't get even 1 star. The teachers in the infant room have absolutely no patients for the small children in their class. I paid for the camera to watch my son every day and thank goodness I did. There were multiple Incidents that had occurred to not only my child but others in his class that very shocking. When I brought it up to the director she acted as if everything that had happened was fine. Please if you have your children in the infant room pay close attention and watch the cameras. The two teachers were always very frustrated and not pleasant to speak to. They couldn’t give me a daily report for my son as far as when he napped and when and what he ate. You would think this place would be top notch for the price you have to pay. I will never recommend anyone to COA and will most definitely steer them in another direction for their child quickly. I’m absolutely disgusted with this place. What a waste!

  • Our son started going to COA when he was just a few weeks old. The center has gone through multiple directors and teachers. Every change at the school came with more problems. There was verbal abuse from the teachers, no set curriculum for development, no daily reports and issues with behavior from the kids. At one point they couldn't even tell us if my son was even eating food throughout the day. The final straw was my son coming home with very minor injuries where he had scratched or small bruises and NO ONE could tell us what happened. We brought this to the attention of the directors but nothing was ever done. We were relieved to remove our son from COA at 3 years old and have since enrolled him in a NEW daycare network. It's like night and day! Our son's development has skyrocketed in just 2 months. The teachers are amazingly kind, honest and supportive of the students. The kids in his new clean classroom are so well mannered and sweet. COA has a lot to learn about childcare!!
