  We toured several facilities around Chantilly, VA, and ultimately chose East Gate because the staff and teachers were so friendly and welcoming. Compared to other places, East Gate is remarkably bright, spacious, and clean. All the classrooms are large with plenty of windows, giving the kids lots of room to play and move around. We started sending our daughter when she was 16 months old, and she absolutely loves both the infant and toddler classrooms. The teachers have been wonderful!

  I am a private speech language pathologist that services a number of different schools in the area and this is hands down the best. The owners and teachers are so warm, calm, and kind. It is run so well. There is structure and all the children are so happy and are thriving! It is not overstimulating, unlike many of the schools. If we lived closer, I would send my baby there in a heartbeat! Cannot say enough positives about this school.

  I teach music at many schools in the DMV area and this one stands out as really special. The teachers do a great job of providing discipline with a gentle touch. The students are challenged while still having a great time. The school is effortlessly diverse and inclusive. It’s a fantastic program to send your children. They will be loved, they will grow in leaps and bounds, and they will be ready for big kid school when the time comes!

The teachers are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and the staff is always welcoming and professional. The Montessori approach here is truly inspiring — the classrooms are calm, organized, and full of meaningful activities that keep the children engaged and happy. Our daughter is excited to go to school every morning, and as a parent, that means everything.   My 3 children attended East Gate Montessori from Aug 2020 - Aug 2024. There are just too many words to express the amount of love and gratitude our family has for the staff and the owners of this wonderful school. Our 3 children thrived at EGMS and they were well prepared to join the public school system once they graduated preschool. The school is very clean and well kept and they continue to improve every year. Our favorite was during the summer months the various activities they hosted at the school such has petting zoo, mini summer carnivals, yoga classes, music classes, etc. Pricing is also very reasonable compared to the other montessori schools in the area as well. I would highly recommend this school to anyone that have children (infants to preschool age).

  Highly recommend EGMS. Nice friendly staff, Teachers are awesome, good clean and very friendly place. When we started, we had tons of questions and concerns on how the child would transition but our worries and queries were answer by Mr. Redmond who made transition a wonderful experience. Our child moved on to public school with things he learned in kindergarten program here, he is able to pickup and relate to things he already learnt at EGMS, thanks to wonderful teachers at school.
