  Before enrolling our son, we toured several daycares that were much closer to our home. After visiting Guidepost at South Riding, though, we felt it was worth the extra drive, and we’re so glad we made that choice. Our son has been in the Nido program for several months, and the care he receives from Ms. Helai and Ms. Marwa has been exceptional. They are incredibly attentive and genuinely take the time to understand each child’s individual needs, personality, and routine. As parents, it’s reassuring to know he is cared for by teachers who truly know and care about him. One thing that stood out to us from the beginning was the environment. The Nido classroom is always clean, calm, and welcoming. It feels warm and thoughtfully prepared for the children every day. More than anything, it feels less like a daycare and more like a nurturing school environment where children are respected, encouraged, and supported in their development from the very start. We’re grateful for the care, attention, and professionalism of the entire team and would highly recommend Guidepost at South Riding to families looking for an infant program they can trust.

  We are so grateful to Priyanka, Freshta, and Dawn for everything they do for our child. They are incredibly supportive and always keep us well-informed about daily milestones and areas of growth. Thanks to their patient guidance, our child is flourishing and growing more independent by the day. They are truly fantastic Montessori educators, and we can’t recommend them enough.

  Guidepost Montessori South Riding is the Best. We are truly grateful for the care, support, and wonderful learning experiences Vihaan has received during his time at the school. A special thank you to Ms. Freshta(Children House) who has been an amazing teacher. Her kindness, patience, and dedication have helped Vihaan grow both academically and personally. We will always appreciate the positive impact she has had on him. A special shout-out to Ms. Priyanka! She is an amazing teacher who truly cares for every child. She treats all children with the same love, attention, and dedication. She is wonderful with kids and does an excellent job with extracurricular activities and crafts. We are so grateful for her hard work and commitment. Thank you again to the entire school staff for everything you have done for Vihaan. We will always cherish the memories he made here.

  As Jai’s mom, I’m truly grateful to Guidepost Montessori school at south riding for the love, care, and support they give every child. A special thank you to Ms. Frestha and Ms. Priyanka for their kindness, patience, and dedication. The classroom was always well organized, the curriculum was thoughtfully planned, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Over the past 3 years, we have seen a lot of development and improvement in Jai. He has grown so much in confidence, independence, and learning skills, and we are so happy to see him graduating from kindergarten.   We have been so happy with Guidepost Montessori since our son started attending in 2024. From day one, he has thrived in such a nurturing environment, and it's clear that the school truly cares about the development of each child. His lead teacher, Ms. Christine, has been a key part of his growth. She has formed a wonderful connection with him, and it's been amazing to see how engaged and excited he is to go to school every day. He's developed fantastic writing skills, and it's all thanks to her dedication and encouragement. In addition to the fantastic teaching staff, we've also had the pleasure of interacting with the new head of the school, Ms. Desirae. She's been incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we have. It's clear that she is committed to ensuring the school runs smoothly and that every family feels supported. We couldn't be more pleased with the progress our son has made at Guidepost Montessori, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, professional, and engaging learning environment for their child.

  we enrolled our son here back in 2024 after shopping around for a Montessori in the South Riding area. I enjoyed our initial visit and Monica (the previous head of the school) was great to work with. our son quickly adapted to his classroom & became very close with his teacher who is no longer there (Ms. Aya). he has since moved up to Children's House with Ms. Freshta and Ms. Priyanka! they know how to work with each children as they are all different in their way of learning. they have been nothing but patient and they love challenging my son to help him reach new heights. in his time there, he has learned a lot. they took potty training very seriously and he started just about as soon as he joined the school. he loves going to school & as a Montessori, they are very "children based". the students do everything themselves in the classroom to help them gain independence at an early age. when we first signed up, we were told our son would know his multiplication table by 4 and fractions by 5 so I'm excited to watch him progress. the new director, Ms. Desirae, has been a pleasure to work with. she has quickly immersed herself in the school and learned every child in all the classrooms. Ms. Cady at the front desk is very helpful and greets everyone as they come in. the after school teacher assistants like Ms. Dawn are super helpful and the children love her! my only gripe is that lunch is not provided. my daughter went to a school nearby growing up that did provide lunch, but it seems a lot of the daycares in the area no longer provide lunch. but different times I guess.
