  We have been a part of La Petite Family for 2-3 years now and we could not be happier with the quality of care and education our kids have received. There are so many schools closer to where we live and yet we choose LPA because it’s the best! Ms. Pam and all the amazing staff are what makes this place truly special. Our kids feel loved and enjoy their days filled with so many awesome activities. Ms. Courtnee goes over and beyond to make sure every kid is prepared for kindergarten. Ms. Marlene is so great with toddlers we are already planning to enroll our third kid even though we don’t even need childcare yet. We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to Coach K, Ms. Shameka and Ms. Courtnee who never wavered in their support of our oldest son. You embraced his energy, guided him with patience, and helped him grow into the confident kindergartener he is today. We appreciate you more than words can say. LPA is truly a hidden gem! We hesitated to write this, since the parking lot is already a battlefield and we don’t need more contenders!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about La Petite Academy on Springfield Road. The Director, Ms. Pam, is truly amazing—kind, supportive, and an exceptional leader who is clearly respected by both staff and families. Her leadership creates such a positive and nurturing environment for the children. My child’s preschool teacher, Mrs. Shamika, who also serves as the Assistant Director, is doing an outstanding job. She is attentive, engaging, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. It is clear that she loves what she does, and it shows every single day. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and creates an environment where children feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for. From the moment we walk in, it’s clear that every team member takes the time to build meaningful connections with the children and treats them with kindness and patience. What really sets this school apart is the level of creativity and effort put into daily activities. I have seen them host glow-in-the-dark parties, movie days with popcorn, hands-on science experiments, themed days like Mario Brothers, visits from the Fun Bus, and so much more. There is always something exciting happening that keeps the children engaged and eager to learn—honestly, it makes me want to join the class myself! This team goes above and beyond, and they absolutely deserve recognition for the care, energy, and dedication they pour into these children. I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience my child is having here.

  Incredible Care and Communication! We have been absolutely amazed by our experience at La Petite Academy on Springfield Road. Finding a place where your child feels safe and happy is every parent’s goal, and this school has exceeded our expectations in every way. Our daughter truly loves coming to school each morning. She’s always greeted with warmth, and it shows in her mood—she comes home every afternoon bubbling with excitement, eager to tell us everything she learned and did during her day. One of our favorite things about this academy is their exceptional communication. We absolutely love using their parent app! Getting real-time updates and photos throughout the day makes us feel so connected to her experience. It’s such a relief to know exactly how she’s doing, and the staff is always proactive and professional in keeping us in the loop. If you’re looking for a childcare center in Glen Allen that feels like family but runs with total transparency and excellence, this is the place!   Our son and daughter are current students at LPA Glenn Allen and my husband and I could not be happier with the care and education that they are receiving. Both of our kids made an instant connection with Ms. Judy on their first day in the infant room. She is a patient caregiver who taught me as a first time parent as much as she was teaching her students. Our children love learning and it all started in her classroom. We are forever grateful for the LPA experience.

  La Petit of Glenn Allen is a truly incredible daycare. My daughter has been in the infant room for 7 months and it feels like I have known them for years. They run an excellent school with great caregivers. Not only is it a safe, clean and nurturing environment, they actually do so many fun activities with the kids - even the infants. We get pictures every day and I can't believe all of the interactive and fun stuff they do. The dean / fairy godmother of the school, Ms. Pam, does a phenomenal job and makes every family feel like they are a priority. She has cultivated a very special community here. I would recommend anyone I know to send their kid to la petit!

  Our kid has been at La Petite Academy in Glen Allen for almost three years and our experience has been nothing but wonderful. The teachers are always welcoming, caring, and supportive. Ms. Pam and Ms.Shamika is truly amazing, her kindness and strong leadership make a noticeable difference. We are immensely thankful to all the teachers, including Ms. Courtnee, Ms. Dianna, Ms. Mary, Ms. Saraswati and Ms. Marlene. Our daughter comes home every day with a smile on her face, which gives us complete peace of mind. We can clearly see how much she enjoys going to La Petite each day, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
