He has also made wonderful friends and truly feels like he has gained a second family here. Ceci has been incredibly patient in teaching, encouraging, and supporting him every step of the way.   Our family has had the privilege of knowing Cecilia Blancas since 2019, when she began caring for our daughter at just 3 months old. We were first-time parents with no family nearby, and finding someone we could truly trust felt impossible until we found Ceci. From the very first meeting, her warmth, kindness, and genuine love for children were undeniable. Over the years, we watched our daughter grow and flourish under her care, and when our son was born, there was never a question about who we wanted caring for him. He enrolled with Cecilia at 3 months old in August 2024, and once again, we have been amazed by the loving, nurturing environment she creates for him every single day. Now at two years old, he absolutely loves Little Dreams Daycare. He is excited and happy to be there every single day, and it shows. The center gives him ample space to play and run around, and there are so many toys and activities throughout the day to keep him engaged, learning, and thriving. What makes Ceci truly exceptional is her empathy and intuition. She understands each child's unique personality and tailors her care accordingly, balancing structure with creativity in a way that helps children feel safe, valued, and joyful. She also supports the whole family and not just the children, and has been a steady source of reassurance and encouragement for us as parents throughout the years. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Cecilia in their child's life. We could not recommend her more wholeheartedly. Little Dreams Daycare will be every bit as wonderful as the care she has always provided, because she pours her whole heart into everything she does.

  My only regret is not knowing about Ceci and Little Dreams earlier for my two oldest daughters. I cannot recommend this place enough. You are not just "customers", they are not just "teachers", and your kids are not just "students". You are FAMILY. She treats everyone and cares for everyone like they are her own. If the staff is not up to par for any reason or do not have the same care, they will not being working there long :). She had my now 5 year old since she was a baby and this was the first time we were actually sad to leave a child care facility as she went into Elementary school. We didnt even want to tell her our time was coming to an end full time, thats how much we appreciated Little Dreams. When my daughter started school, we were literally asked by the teachers "where did she go to school/daycare or was she at home". They asked because of how good she was in a social setting, advanced for her age in writing and comprehension, and was able to even assist speaking spanish with spanish speaking students. She said she came very prepared and integrated with ease. I give the credit to Ceci. She taught her things at an early age and did so in a way where it was fun and easy to remember. Both in English and Spanish. She also instilled proper manners and all. She was great with Potty training and removal of the pacifier phase as well and was the leading factor in my daughter meeting milestones. I didnt even mention the price! Very reasonable compared to all the other places we visited and is worth every penny! If this novel isnt enough to have you give Little Dreams a shot, i dont know what to tell you haha. Thanks again Ceci for everything you have done and continue to do for my daughter and our family!

  I cannot recommend Little Dreams Daycare highly enough! My son attended for four wonderful years, and our experience with Cecilia and her team was nothing short of exceptional. They were engaging, nurturing, communicative, reliable, and always prioritized the children’s safety and well-being. From the very beginning, we felt complete peace of mind knowing our son was in such loving and capable hands. The strong educational and social foundation he developed at Little Dreams prepared him incredibly well for preschool and beyond. Cecilia is truly an outstanding childcare provider whose passion and dedication shine through in everything she does. I am so grateful we found her and thrilled that she has expanded to Rose Hill in Alexandria so more families can experience the same level of care and excellence. We will always be thankful for the positive impact Cecilia and her team had on our son and our family.

  I’ve recommended this daycare to anyone who needs child care. My kids have grown so much in there with language (English and Spanish), manners and expressing themselves. They love Cecelia and the other ladies in there. I’ve never had an issue and I trust my kids at her daycare anytime.

  Finding someone you trust with your children is never easy, but Ceci has truly been a blessing to our family. I started bringing my first son to her when he was just 9 months old, and now he’s 4—and my second son is now in her care as well. Over the years, she has consistently shown so much love, patience, and genuine care for my boys. It gives me such peace knowing they are in a safe, nurturing, and positive environment every day. There is honestly no one else I would trust with my children the way I trust her. One of the things I appreciate most is that she speaks Spanish, which has been such a gift in helping my kids stay connected to the language and grow up bilingual. We are beyond grateful for Ceci and everything she does. She’s more than a daycare provider, she’s family to us.
