  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have a 2 and 4 year old in the school - both of whom started when they were about 1.5 years old. From the director to the teachers to every specialist they have, we have had absolutely incredible experiences at every age and in every stage. They are so knowledgeable and well versed in childhood development that they are equipped to handle a variety of situations and stages. Their play-based approach has fostered a love of learning in my kids. Having two children with different needs and neurodevelopment considerations, I have been so impressed with their level of knowledge, attentiveness to the individual students and true care. This is something we have experienced at every level in the school and has been confirmed by the pediatric specialists we work with. Speaking with friends who have had children in different programs throughout the Metro area, it has become clear this is not always the case - even with the most expensive or prestigious of programs. MOPS is a truly exceptional place and we feel very fortunate to have found a preschool home with them.

  We’ve had two children at Mount Olivet Preschool over the last several years and it has been an excellent experience all-around. For 3 of those years we have had a child in the 3-day 4 year old class, which IMO is the best kept “secret” at the school! It’s a small class size because many parents opt for a 5-day class instead, but the teacher duo is truly remarkable and more parents should opt for the 3-day class if possible! My children have been so lucky to have these teachers! If you’re looking for a great school, this is the one!
