  • I had a great experience enrolling my children at this daycare. Director Teon and Shabnam were both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. They worked hard and moved quickly to help get my children enrolled, which made a stressful situation much easier. Their communication, support, and dedication to families truly stood out. I’m very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend this daycare to other parents.

  • We have been so happy with our experience here and truly appreciate the care and thoughtfulness the team puts into creating such a wonderful environment. We’ve really noticed and appreciated the enhanced curriculum that has been introduced in the classroom. From the increased interactive activities to making great use of the STEM room, it’s clear that the students’ daily experience has been enriched in meaningful ways. We also really appreciate the excitement and steady presence in the classroom, which creates such a positive and consistent environment for the children. Another positive change we’ve noticed is the adjusted naptime and afternoon snack schedule, which has had a wonderful impact on routines at home. We’re very happy with how things are going and are grateful for the dedication to creating such a supportive and engaging learning environment.

  • I am writing this as a long-time parent of Sterling Early Learning Academy. My child has attended for four years, and initially, our experience was incredibly positive. As many parents understand, finding a place where you feel safe and confident leaving your child is not easy. This center once provided that sense of comfort, warmth, and trust for our family. However, over the past three weeks, there has been a significant change in management that has drastically impacted the environment. The leadership team that helped build strong relationships with families is no longer there, and many of the teachers my child knew and loved have also left. When I inquired about these sudden departures, I was simply told they had “resigned,” with no further explanation or transparency. Most concerning is the effect this has had on my child. Hearing him say, “Daddy, my friends left and my teachers are gone,” was heartbreaking. The consistency and nurturing environment that once made this center feel like a second home has been disrupted. As a parent, safety and trust are my top priorities. Unfortunately, I no longer feel confident that this environment provides the same level of care it once did. This is especially difficult for our family, as we are expecting our second child and had fully intended to enroll them here based on our previous experience. While we are grateful for the care and love the previous staff provided, we can no longer recommend this center in its current state. Families searching for a stable, transparent, and nurturing environment for their children may want to carefully consider their options.

  • If I could give this place a zero star rating I would! I started at this daycare with my first child at 5 months old and he loved the teachers, the director and the assistant director! He loved going! I saw how caring and loving they really were then at that moment I knew my second baby would join shortly after. However, corporate came in the most vile and disgusting manner and ruined all of it. They had no compassion, lack of empathy, respect and communication. As any normal parent would, I addressed my concerns and was almost immediately shut down. I was told to be patient and give this “new team” a chance, but the chance turned into the worst couple of weeks for kids. They got rid of the director and assistant director for reasons we will never know! They are rude, arrogant and have no interest in actually getting to know my kids. Instead they were more worried about “personal” relationships we built with the staff, which is weird given the fact that they are the individuals watching my kids for 8 or more hours out of the day. How could you not want me to have a personal relationship with an administrator who is hands on with my kids after 5 years? Please do not take your kids to this school. Your kids deserve protection and love from individuals who care.

  • DO NOT GO HERE! After being part of this center for five years, it truly breaks my heart to leave and to write this review. I stayed because I cared deeply about the children and families, and I believed in the relationships built over time. Unfortunately, within 3 weeks I experienced repeated issues with communication from administration. Important changes were often shared with little notice or not clearly explained or not at all, which created confusion and stress for both staff and families. Management changes happened suddenly, without transparency, and many explanations given to families and staff did not match what was later communicated or what we experienced directly. In my personal experience, interactions with administration often felt disrespectful, and concerns raised were not handled in a professional or supportive way. One of the hardest parts was seeing decisions made that affected families abruptly, including situations where families were removed without what many expected would be reasonable notice. What hurts most is that after dedicating five years here, I no longer felt that the priorities reflected the level of care, consistency, and trust that children and families deserve. Leaving is painful because the children mean so much to many of us who have invested our hearts here. I encourage families to ask detailed questions, pay attention to communication, and carefully consider whether this environment matches what you want for your children. Because anyone can sweet talk you and have you believing every word but these people are LIARS.

  • For the last 5 years, this has been a second home to my child. The center director, assistant director, and teachers were outstanding. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago new faces showed up that changed the entire atmosphere of the center. The once friendly, welcoming environment turned cold seemingly overnight. New faces with no introduction. The supportive leadership and teachers begin to be let go or leave. The students began not wanting to go to school. It broke my heart to see these once happy kids look so heart broken. Six months ago I would recommend this center every chance I could get. I can no longer recommend the place we have felt so comfortable with for 5 years.
