Greetings, I came in this morning at 07:30 for a dental appointment with Nova Dental. I went into Tiny Tots to ask for directions. When I entered the receptionist area of Tiny Tots the receptionist just stared at me as if I didn't belong. I asked her why she was looking at me like that and her reply was I didn't hear you enter. I said did I scare you her reply was oh im never scared just totally unprofessional and definitely not a good look for Tiny Tots. I asked her if she could direct me to Nova Dental and her reply was I don't know where it is in an abrasive tone. I told her that I would be reporting her and her reply was go ahead just totally unprofessional. I was actually quite surprised considering the area. Not sure what future this young lady has with Tiny Tots. Not sure if there is anything that would change the way she conducts herself while at work.

(My son is a good talker and comes home and tells us how much he loves his teacher and his friends at tiny tots) The teachers are so kind and really seem to care for the kids. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles of some other daycares, but the quality of care is excellent.
Allison GlassMar 4, 2022Amazing daycare!! The staff here are all so caring and loving. My son was in the infant room here and loved it. There were always so many caregivers showering him with attention and he always smiled to see them in the morning. We loved having him here and would still be attending if we had not moved out of the area. Highly recommend!
Kelly HuffmanOct 31, 2018We have been sending our daughter to Tiny Tots for over a year and she loves it. She gets out of the car now and practically runs into the building. This is not the most high tech option and sometimes there can be a little bit of a language barrier with a couple teachers in the infant room but there is always someone you can communicate with and all of the teachers clearly love the kids and the kids are all so happy. If you are looking for a clean, nurturing environment where your child will come home happy and exhausted from a day full of activities, I would highly recommend it.
