  • I do not recommend this program based on our family’s experience and the program’s documented licensing history. Communication with families was consistently poor, and concerns were not handled professionally. We experienced a lack of transparency and found it difficult to build the kind of trusting relationship that should exist between a childcare program and the families it serves. We also witnessed interactions with parents that were aggressive and unprofessional, including in front of children. That alone raised serious concerns about the culture of the program. In addition, families should carefully review the program’s public BFIS licensing record. It includes documented citations involving a staff member posting children on Snapchat and findings related to inappropriate treatment of children, including yelling and mocking. Those findings are part of the public licensing record and should be considered by anyone evaluating this program. There was also significant staff turnover and many families left during our time there, which further contributed to our concerns about the stability of the program. Childcare providers are entrusted with children’s safety, well-being, and emotional development. Parents deserve open communication, professionalism, and confidence that their children will be treated with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I cannot recommend this program.

  • Please think twice before sending your kiddos here and trust your gut feeling. Unfortunately I did not. When I went in for a visit to view this center I didn’t get the best impression. However I have friends and family who also send their kids here so felt a little relief. My son attended daycare here for 1 month. In that time he was sent home on multiple occasions for various reasons. Sicknesses that he didn’t have, blow outs (it’s an infant room for crying out loud) etc. staff was truly nice up until the last week he attended. Their staff reached out to me on multiple occasions after hours and initiated multiple conversations. However my son was terminated from care after I had asked simple questions that couldn’t be answered by the director herself. Reasoning was because of the communication back and forth that left staff feeling “uncomfortable”. Again I will say all communication was initiated by the directors staff. The director and assistant director (her mother) need a serious refresh of violations, licensing regulations and all around respectfulness when it comes to talking to new parents who aren’t used to a daycare setting. In the time my son was there multiple different regulations were broken. If you want to read up on all the times licensing came through their website is https://www.brightfutures.dcf.state.vt.us/vtcc/reset.do;jsessionid=4wvZqLjJj1pS1xhzJfHfrcKFZwcdWvmlhjGKhyB1vvPRZ1TShNbn!395729288?0Mmr3gjumkz13-SgYEjWekr3%3dxguw3YEa.aU7zaju.xnn.xGOGd-Oq-Od%2bS6%256USF%256UOh.FS0gwEkeUs3peYY.wjRszYgwUVm31mLUjsegsUWVjUVm3mWgwkmpwUVm31mLUjsegkz13SqD66hD60hFS0_O

  • I would not recommend this childcare center. Staff have displayed verbal aggression in front of children, which is concerning in an environment where children’s well-being and emotional safety should be the top priority. The center’s communication with families, professionalism, and overall management practices need significant improvement. Parent-staff conflicts and administrative issues should never be handled in front of children, as it creates an inappropriate and potentially stressful atmosphere for them. Before taking on full-time responsibility for children’s care, the center should focus on improving its communication systems, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining a safe, child-focused environment.

  • Do not send your kids to this childcare center! That staff that was there were amazing and cared for kids well but thy have all left. The owners Tiffany and Crystal talk down to their staff and provide unprofessional care to the children. I pulled my child who is potty trained after repeatedly asking for my child to be kept in underwear and when I picked up my child was always in a pull up. My child was always crying when it was time to go and said they didn’t want to go there and that the preschool teacher Tiffany was always on her phone and yelled at them. I do not recommend this place at all!
