  • My sons attended here for three months before we pulled them both. Our first interactions at this center weren’t great. PreK absolutely no teacher would say hello or goodbye with zero updates through the day or at the end of the day. I didn’t even get introduced to the teachers until I asked who was taking care of my son. My youngest has a medical condition and when asked why he wasn’t wearing protection when he was in the sun the teachers response was “I’m not his teacher” . We had incidents reports that weren’t reported until pick up and you don’t get any updates through the app they use until 12 when they send out 15 notifications. The center also was not following heat guidelines set by the state and had one year olds out in a heat advisory. When I brought this to the directors attention she told me then don’t bring my son in on hot days. I reported them to the state who was not happy to hear of this situation. Our final straw at this location was my oldest broke his arm but no teacher could tell me what happen so I’m not sure how they made an accurate accident report as they told my son to tell me what happened and the person I spoke to said she didn’t see it happen.
