Kind people who genuinely care about helping families. I have experienced hardship and financial instability in my younger years, and I wish I'd had an OCPCC around back then to help me navigate that uncertainty for the benefit of my children. The guidelines another reviewer complained about, which sent their child home for various symptoms of illness, are not subject to feelings. They're put in place (I'd guess not always by OCPCC alone) in order to keep classrooms healthy and safe -- especially during the early days of COVID. Complaining about out-of-pocket costs is fully reasonable. Pinning it on this organization is not.
