Before you think about sending your kids here, you should see how Ronda treats her customers on Facebook, it's atrocious, she's incredibly rude, she gets emotional and kicks kids out of the program over her own struggles which she takes out on the customers, and you can see how unprofessional she is in every post and message, and again, if she can't treat the customers right, I can only imagine how she treats the children. She's also openly admitted she is very short staffed, and it's clear she's worn thin, and you don't want someone stressed and understaffed watching your children.
