**Review for Arise and Shine Child Care** I have had the pleasure of knowing Arise and Shine Child Care for a couple of years now, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we first enrolled, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being and development of each child. The environment is warm, welcoming, and vibrant, creating a perfect space for children to learn and grow. The caregivers are not only attentive and nurturing but also highly skilled in providing age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and foster creativity. I have witnessed my child thrive in this supportive atmosphere, developing new skills and making friends along the way. Communication with the staff has always been open and transparent. They keep parents informed about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns that may arise. It’s reassuring to know that my child is in such capable hands. The staff was good when we first enrolled our kids. Over time more and more staff and other kids left abruptly. We started noticing our children’s behavior changing and them not wanting to go to daycare when before the other staff left they loved going. We noticed our youngest 3 yr old yelling and grabbing our faces telling us to look and listen. And to go sit in the corner. Something we do not do at home. When confronted, they admitted to using this kind of response. Our family is not going to accept that kind of care and behavior so we will no longer be leaving our kids at the rise and shine daycare. I’d advise other families to consider these lower star reviews before enrolling your children here.

My daughter started attending Arise and Shine when she was just 12 months old, and the care she received was exceptional. The staff made sure her physical, cognitive, and emotional needs were always met. She built strong connections with both her friends and her teachers, and she still talks about Teacher Lander and Ms. Paula with so much love. My son currently attends Arise and shine for before‑ and after‑school care, and we’ve had an equally positive experience. The teachers make sure he’s safely picked up from the bus stop, and they always treat our family with respect. Both of my children feel happy and supported there, and we truly appreciate the caring environment Arise and Shine preschool provides.

This daycare/preschool is wonderful. They take excellent care of our daughter and are very communicative with us. They have flexible schedule options and the location is great right in downtown Renton.

DO NOT bring your autistic children here. They treat your child as if they were a price tag. With no sympathy for someone just finding out their child's diagnosis. Almost every interaction with the mom was aggressive and rude. My son did not like it there and has blossomed since leaving there. Just a warning for the mommas out there
