BRIGHT HORIZONS - BOTHELL CAMPUS

I had a very disappointing experience at Bright Horizons Bothell today. I went in for a tour, but the staff member who assisted us was extremely cold and unwelcoming. She didn’t even greet or acknowledge my child, which was quite off-putting. The tour itself felt rushed and uninformative. We were only shown the hallway and playground, and when I asked to see inside a classroom, I was told that it wasn’t allowed and that I could only look from outside. I was also told that I would only be able to properly see the classroom after registering, which didn’t feel right. Additionally, when I asked questions, I was simply told to “Google it,” which is not the level of support or professionalism I expected. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this location to other families.

Unfortunately, our experience at bright horizon Bothell was not what we had hoped for. One of the ongoing concerns was repeated biting incidents involving other children. While I understand that biting can happen in early childhood settings, what worried us most was the lack of a clear or consistent strategy to prevent repeated incidents or to ensure the emotional and physical safety of the children involved. When I raised concerns, I didn’t feel there was enough transparency or communication about how the issue was being addressed. Instead of helping the children involved learn and grow from the situation, it felt like the approach was more reactive than proactive, and the burden of safety seemed to fall on parents to manage. Every child deserves a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel confident that this was being fully provided here, which is why we ultimately chose to leave.

I am extremely impressed with the care my child receives at Bright Horizons Bothell. The staff is incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, always ensuring my child feels safe, loved, and engaged. The environment is nurturing and stimulating, with fun and educational activities that help my child grow both mentally and socially. I truly appreciate the excellent communication from the team—they always keep me updated on my child's progress, and I feel involved in their development.

My child has graduated from Bright Horizons Bothell. Our experience at Bright Horizons has been exceptional. The teachers are dedicated, the curriculum is engaging, and the environment is safe and nurturing. My child has grown both academically and socially, and I am glad that I have chosen Bright Horizons Bothell where my child has got best early childhood education. I highly recommend Bright Horizons Bothell.

We have been at Bright Horizon Bothell for three months, and I have already seen significant growth in my son. As a family for whom English is a second language, my son initially knew only a few simple words. But he has recently started speaking in full sentences and singing English songs. Yesterday, he sang a new song about the days of the week, which I know it definitely is taught by his teachers and it has helped him understand the concept of time. Everyday, I enjoy looking at My Bright Day app to see what my son eat and what activities my son does with his classmates. I really appreciate the variety of daily activities that promote both learning and play. My son truly enjoys going to school, and I couldn't be happier with his progress.
