BRIGHT HORIZONS - KIRKLAND AT URBAN PLAZA

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Urban Plaza since she was 7 months old and she loves it there! Shout out to amazing teachers like Nadia, Mack, Liz,LeAnn, Linda who took great care of my daughter! We love you!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Bright Horizons. Our 3½-year-old son has been attending for the past two years, and it’s been wonderful to see how much he’s grown and thrived there. He has truly loved every single teacher he’s had, which says a lot about the care and consistency of the staff. He’s made so many friends and genuinely looks forward to going to class every day. The structured activities—like show and share—are both fun and engaging, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the curriculum. Communication has been excellent. We receive frequent, detailed updates, and the app is amazing—daily reports and photos make it so easy to stay connected and feel involved in his day. It gives us real peace of mind. Any time we’ve had special requests or specific needs, the team has been incredibly accommodating and responsive. Overall, Bright Horizons has exceeded our expectations, and we feel very grateful to have such a supportive, caring environment for our son. Highly recommend!

My daughter attended this school from 14 months to 36 months, and it was truly a beautiful experience for our whole family. As both parent and a teacher at the school, I witnessed firsthand the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of every staff member. The leadership team- Michelle, Karina, Harpreet, and Mack are outstanding in maintaining a safe, secure, and positive environment for both children and staff. Each classroom, from Infant through K-Prep, is filled with loving, enthusiastic educators who bring joy and learning together every day. Teachers like Linda, Ihilani, Nadia, Annie, Devika, Sarah, Laura, Angela go above and beyond to help children learn, grow, and feel confident. We loved the school’s curriculum, structure, and the care that goes into every detail. Our daughter made wonderful progress here, and we always felt complete peace of mind knowing she was happy and safe. This school will always hold a special place in our hearts.

As our family grew, we decided to move the Eastside and we've been so impressed with Bright Horizons Urban Plaza. First and foremost, our kids are outside EVERY DAY (rain, or shine!) Not only do they benefit from the great outdoors, they also do arts and crafts, circle time, and get healthy meals from Chef Brittany. All of the teachers and support staff are so kind, gentle and nurturing. We can tell how much they love all of the kids. Special shout outs to Linda, Mack, Amber, Sita, Manhaz, Fa and many more for taking great care of our little ones. Our little one started at Bright Horizons four weeks ago and it's been such a wonderful experience so far! He is so happy every morning seeing his teacher Ambar, and as first-time parents it is very comforting to know he's well taken care of at daycare. He has also in just a short amount of time learned new skills, like spinning and drinking water, and it also seems like his patience (tolerance level before getting fussy) has extended. We are very pleased with his progress and the care provided by the whole team: Ambar as his primary teacher along with Mack and Jillian. He also loves the yummy breakfasts and lunches chef Brittany cooks! Thank you so much to the whole Bright Horizons Urban Plaza team!
