  • This was by far the worst daycare experience I’ve ever had. The entire facility looked dirty and poorly maintained. Classrooms, toys, and common areas never seemed properly cleaned, and the overall environment felt unhygienic and unwelcoming. The staff appeared unprofessional and careless. Instead of creating a warm, safe, and organized atmosphere for the children, they often seemed disengaged and uninterested in their responsibilities. My experience with the director was equally disappointing. I felt that she was more interested in creating unnecessary conflict than resolving concerns professionally. Rather than listening to feedback or working toward solutions, she came across as confrontational and dismissive, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, clean, and caring environment for their child. There are far better options available.

  • It was nice to see that the building is located in a secure location, knowing that our little ones would be safe inside. However, here are a few things I'd recommend parents pay attention to: 1) The infant room is supposed to be clean since babies craw around. Hair was all over the floor, and I literally saw a teacher (with her bare foot, even though the policy is that all. adults must wear socks) step on a child's toy and then she immediately gave the toy for the baby to eat on. Would you want this to happen to your baby? 2) Babies can get attached to caregivers, but in the infant room I saw a baby cry as the teacher was leaving, and she looked very impatient and exited very quickly. These details are hard to show on paper so I thought I'd put them here based on my experience.

  • Our toddler attended this facility and we had a great experience. Her teachers Dela and Ana were a highlight and she was very happy to be with them.

  • My daughter attends daycare here, and she receives wonderful care from the entire team. Stephanie and Gabi are incredibly kind — I call almost every day as my daughter is still adjusting, and they always respond with such patience and warmth. Sakhi and Jessica, her classroom teachers, have been amazing. From day one, Sakhi has guided me with thoughtful advice on helping my daughter settle in and feel happy at daycare, and she is always patient and attentive. Jessica also has excellent experience with infants and takes such good care of my little one. I feel truly grateful to have such a caring and dedicated team looking after her and highly recommend this daycare to any parent seeking genuine, attentive care for their child.

  • 1. The teaching faculty seems nice 2. However the place smells from inside - broken garbage chute smell 3. Also the outside area of the facility has cigarette butts and isn't cleaned well at all Such a shame as this was the one closest to us. Wish they could improve this.

  • Our infant son attended BH at the Highlands from 9 to 11 months old, and we had such a positive experience during our time there! The teachers were incredibly kind and caring—he was always so excited to arrive each morning and just as happy at pick-up. We really appreciated the frequent updates throughout the day, and any incidents (like a tumble) were communicated promptly and with care. It truly felt like an extension of our home. We would have loved to stay longer if tuition hadn’t been quite so steep, but overall, we’d highly recommend this daycare if it’s within your budget!
