The staff here are an incredible group of caring women and men who genuinely treat each child as if they were their own. It’s not just supervision—it’s real, heartfelt care. What stands out most is the unconditional love and patience they show every single day. No matter how many children are in their care, each one receives individual attention, encouragement, and kindness. You can see the bonds they build with the kids, and it creates such a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. Another thing I truly appreciate is how accommodating they are. They accept subsidized payments through the state, which makes quality childcare more accessible for families, and they are very attentive to each child’s individual dietary needs. Whether it’s allergies, sensitivities, or specific preferences, they take the time to ensure every child is safe, comfortable, and well cared for. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is surrounded by people who truly care about their well-being and development. The dedication, compassion, and professionalism of the staff make this daycare feel like a second home. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

This place is awful. They were baught out in July by brightstar and still havent updated thier information on line. Then you have Naomi the new director who is absolutely rude and looks at you like you dont know anything, despite not knowing where your kid is when you come to pick them up. Twice in one week our child was not accounted for, or they didnt know which room she was in, and they dont check your kid in when they pick em up from school, so you have no idea if they were picked up or not. The site is unsecure. There is no alarm or any kind of notification when you open the front door, and most of the time there is no one at the front desk. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE

If you are looking for a new daycare and see this place RUN. If I could give 0 stars I would. You can't trust the billing. I had to call 4-5 times to get them to fix it because of their incompetence. We were only here for 2.5 months. I can't express to you enough to keep moving. Our son was attacked and no one even called us. Group time is a free for all with no structure. There's never the same person at the desk and no one has any idea what the kids do in a day. I was told I'd be refunded and then told by the manager to get stuffed and she threatened to end the phone call. There is no security to keep random people from walking into the center and classrooms. WORST PLACE EVER!!

I would NEVER recommend this daycare to anyone needing childcare. The most inconsistent and irresponsible daycare I have ever experienced. Staff does not communicate well, constantly closing due to being short staffed with absolutely little to no notice at all. In the past year my kids have attended I have multiple occasions several months in a row where they are calling me to pick up kids due to being short staffed from staff quitting due to extreme poor management from the director Naomi. Leaving me to have to on a mornings notice figure out how I was going to get care for my children for the day so that I am able to work, because I HAVE TO WORK. I was more than patient and understanding throughout the year and expressed this has been and will affect my job on multiple occasions with just a “sorry” from the director. In the last month they have had up to 5 employees quit due to Naomi’s behavior, some of which were amazing teachers that treated my children with the upmost love. They are poor on being able to keep track of children’s belongings including diapers and wipes. Even when they are labeled I have had my children’s name removed off of their belongings that I paid for and given to another child. I do not understand at all how this daycare is even still open at this point for how poorly they treat their staff and parents. I also witnessed teachers raising their voices to eachother in front of the kids while picking mine up at the end of the day. I will never and would never recommend this center or any of their centers to any parents in need.
