My daughter has been attending Brooklake for about 2 years now (from 6 months old) and we have had the best experience here. We love the teachers and staff! Their communication is great and the love they have for all of the kids is so obvious. So thankful for the Jesus based curriculum and the fun activities they do with the kids and families!
Carlee BergerNov 26, 2025Our son has been at Brooklake since he was about 12 months old, and now he’s thriving in preschool. This has truly been our favorite childcare center. Our little one had a rough start in life that led to some developmental delays, and it meant the world to us to place him in a place that genuinely cheered for every milestone. The staff welcomed Birth-to-3 visits and made sure he had the extra support he needed. We absolutely love this daycare and the amazing teachers. They’ve played a huge role in our child’s growth, and we’re so grateful for them. - The Jacksons!
Bi AmNov 24, 2025Our toddler started going here when he was 2 and has since graduated. BCL truly helped him in his growth and prepared him for formal preschool. The communication, attentiveness and willingness to partner with parents to ensure our son was supported was instrumental. We are so grateful we found BCL. We now have also enrolled our infant and continue to see the love and support from BCL even at his young age. Thank you BCL ! We would be lost without your center and your incredible staff!
Maddison GutierrezNov 21, 2025It looks like most of the reviews for brooklake have been positive. My experience was very disappointing. I was told when I called, there were 2 open spots for my sons age group. My wife did a tour and really liked it and said everyone was really sweet and my son liked it and wanted to stay and play. We filled out all the paperwork that weekend and returned it the following week. They were closed for a break for few days. I called the following Tuesday and was told they received my paperwork and the person who I needed to talk to was in a meeting and would get back to me when they finished. I never heard back. So I called that Thursday or Friday to check in and she told me she did receive my paperwork. But all the age groups were changing and 'moving up'. So the younger kids were now moving up into the toddler class and she wasn't sure if there would be room (So there were 2 spots a week and half ago, but now there might not be any.... weird). But, she would go ahead and give me a call that following Monday and let me know if there was room for my son. That Monday has passed and it's now Wednesday and no call. So I mean, they couldn't make it any more obvious they don't want my son to attend there. I'm not sure why, he's a good boy and affectionate and caring. but whatever. I realize people get busy, but the overall vibe of the last couple weeks has been negative and now I have to start over and try and find a new daycare for my son. Me and my wife have enjoyed attending Brooklake on Sundays. Everyone has been very kind to us and I've enjoyed listening to Pastor Scott. But we've decided that maybe we're not a good fit there and will find a new church to attend where we feel our son is welcomed being treated with compassion.
marshall621Sep 10, 2025My son went here for almost one year before we moved. I felt the staff and teachers truly cared about the wellbeing of the kids. They have an amazing system with communicating to parents about everything from incidents, diaper changes, naps, and pictures of activities your kid did during the day. The center is clean and they sanitize as often as they can. My only concern was too many dried fruits and not enough fresh and wholesome foods served. Otherwise, it is such a lovely childcare center that would accommodate to your child’s needs and temperament. We will definitely miss the teachers there!!
Manae PisanoJun 15, 2024We visited and toured many daycares in the area before finding Brooklake. We really loved the atmosphere and the teachers are amazing. You could tell the director who gave us the tour was really into the kids as she knew almost all the kids names as we were going through the different classrooms. Our daughter started when she was about 6 months old and now she is almost one. Its a hard adjustment at first but the teachers always did their best to help her transition. Now she seems to really like going and seeing her friends. They also have the Bright wheel app and they send you pictures and updates all day. Really love that as its assurance we know our baby is safe. Glad we found Brooklake!!!
