Caring, wonderful staff. My daughter loves going there she always runs excitedly to her daycare room revelry morning. More than just a daycare they work with the kids on reaching developmental milestones. Would highly recommend!

My experience with this center has been horrifying and I urge all parents to please seek care else where. Quality caring child care is not something you will find here. Danielle the director has an inability to accept responsibility and instead will hear your concerns and make excuses for them, as if to convince me the wrong doing is okay. Ive had plenty of concerns that always end with and empty promise to get resolved. l shouldn't have to have a family member walk in to find my 6 month old son in the hands of a visibly annoyed teacher's assistant slumped over on her arm sitting on her knee with his head facedown in his chest like a sack of flour. When my family member picked him up his shirt was drenched from crying. And when asked why she held him that way she simply replied I don't know, throwing her hands up in annoyance. Her response and actions are completely unacceptable. If you don't want an experience like mine please take the warning, find some place else.

Couldn’t get my daughter in anywhere as education fundings were cut for the whole county and they worked with me helping me get everything set up so I could get her in the second there was an opening! Very helpful and caring people. School is very clean but the parking lot is a little confusing ^.^’ By the time my daughter graduated preschool her academic abilities and social skills had skyrocketed!! Teacher Marianna, teacher Derek and the other educators are amazing in every way!

Both My Children go to this daycare , I drive daily from 6st just so they can attend this facility, in my opinion it's one of thee best in town 💯 I love all the staff and truly I can say that I leave my kids there with a peace of mind and have no worries!! I know my kids are in good hands at Carrolls and they deffintely have structure & routines which is nice.. Sometimes my baby goes with her hair a mess and they'll even take the time to fix it up for her 😎👌 Thankyou To All Staff especially Discover & Ocean Room! 🔬🔎🌊

They don't answer their phone. Called 3 times trying to get a quote for child care, the phone rang for about a minute, then someone on the other end just picked up and hung up. I can't imagine sending my child to a center that doesn't even answer the phone, how would I get ahold of them in case of emergency?
