  • ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️If I could give a lower rating I would!!!! Please trust me when I say the money dig… they have fees for small things like forgetting a blanket!!! When I told other daycares about the things they did they were very weirded out and confused…things get lost. My child also learned the word shut up at this day care as well (e.t.c) they consistently are late in mornings to open almost costing a lot of parents their jobs.. please please do not sign up to this daycare!!!!!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

  • Kids constantly left unsupervised and the owner Charity couldn’t care less about the kids. She will keep sick kids there and not call parents in order to take their money.

  • I could write an extremely long review about every single violation of daycare regulations that we witnessed here in the approximately 1 month that my children were enrolled at this "learning" center. But long story short, if you love your kids and care about their development please find them somewhere better. Long version: There were some staff members here that were sweet, helpful and communicative but they were not the majority and we didn't even know anyone's names other than the owner and her daughter. Aniyah was always kind and helpful, but the owner Ms. Charity Davis is manipulative and money hungry, she does not care about your children. The teachers don't introduce themselves and some of the ladies seemed uncomfortable with being asked any kind of questions so I didn't go around asking names. One day I came to pick my kids up, asked the teacher in my daughter's "classroom" where my daughter was, and the teacher didn't even know my daughter's name to be able to tell me where she was. That one is just a personal complaint, the rest of our issues are actual violations of the rules & regulations that are in place to protect our children, like the teacher to infant ratio in the baby room (supposed to be 1 to 4 max, owner regularly has her staff 1 to 5-6 in the infant room to save money on paying her employees), Lysol wipes left out accessible to toddlers on the ledge of their play area, consistently not feeding my infant the store bought jars and pouches of baby food I brought in for him and lying about it when I asked (when I asked the owner she said that they had fed him KFC mashed potatoes that day but couldn't tell me why he was not given his baby food that I provided. This is against regulation for anyone who did not know) my children are also strictly never to have pork, this is in their paperwork and was stressed to staff members in person as well but they still were going to hand my baby a plate of pork bacon one morning because every single plate coming from their kitchen had pork bacon. The owner lied to us saying they keep turkey bacon in the kitchen for the no-pork children and tried to tell my husband that it was actually turkey bacon. There was no turkey bacon, I can tell the difference...During their last week at this center, my infant got his head clawed up on both sides by another baby because NO ONE WATCHES THE BABIES and if they do it's some half-assed supervision from across the room- unless it's their "favorite" baby then they'll hold them. It was 6 inch claw marks on both sides of my baby's head. Every day my baby got set on the floor and walked away from, one time I saw the teacher leave the whole room with my baby and someone else's baby on the floor together so I think we know how that accident happened. The owner told me she "does not see the issue" with this, as they only left the room for a few seconds. Once again this is a violation of daycare licensing rules. My toddler and all the other toddlers were basically just treated like livestock, running around in their corral screaming and trying to find something to do because activities and toys did not appear to be provided unless it was Ms. Rachel on a tablet. My toddler's teachers almost never acknowledged her when she came in the morning, I'd just send her into her classroom and they might simply look her direction, if that. We spent the whole time our kids were here looking for somewhere better, I advise you to not even try this place if you have other options.

  • My kid has came home with bruising and no one seems to know why or how it happened. I removed my daughter. I've also been told by another mom that her child wondered off and they lost her daughter for 2 hours.

  • I have two boys attending this daycare. The staff is amazing! My autistic son has had so much improvement from potty training, speech and playing with other kids. The property is clean and the ladies are kind and nurturing. I wouldn't pick ay other place to help me raise them!

  • My kids have been going here for 6 years now ? We couldn’t love them more. This daycare has truly become like family to us . My kids love their teachers and so do I ! Ms.Charity is amazing , I love to watch her interact with my littles and my youngest is always so excited to see her . My oldest still comes back to visit when I pick up my youngest . Makes me sad to see the bad reviews because they simply don’t do this daycare justice . My middle had a milk and egg allergy and they were so cautious about it. I truly couldn’t thank them enough for the care they have provided and the love they have shown me and my kids . 10/10 recommend!
