Bad experience. The good first: I like that they provide keepsakes like pictures, footprints and handprints etc, although they disrespect us by using only part of our last name. The bad. They make you pre-make bottles. Baby was always sick since starting here cold after cold and providers will try to diagnose your child " he has a Tonge tie or he has pink eye." Doctor cancelled those assumptions out. First noticed that they used way too many diapers and would send notes home saying that we didn't provide any when we did. Second they used over four large packs of wipes in one week and when confronted about it they denied ever receiving that amount. Lastly they do not make reports on injuries or even tell you anything happened. Baby had 2 injuries last 2 pick up's with no report or verbal explanation. The 3rd injury in same week daycare called saying baby was having bloody noses which gave us great fear that something was seriously wrong with the care baby was receiving because at home baby never had nose bleeds or any injuries. When the director was confronted about not making any reports of injuries she proceeded to make excuses and asked why we didn't tell her to make a report. As you can imagine I was scared for baby and told director how I felt and will not be allowing baby to return. Would not recommend this daycare.

Not enough great things to say about the facility and staff. Excellent communication, trustworthy professionals who are not only great at their job but love what they do and a safe environment for kids to grow and learn! Both of my kiddos have gone to this facility over the last four years and we have had such a positive experience. Very lucky to have such a wonderful group watching my kiddos!

First before I write my own experience here.. let me explain to all the parents looking for a great and safe place for your child to understand these negative reviews.. the people writing these sick reviews are little children that got butt hurt for losing their jobs due to valid reasons of being a horrible asset to being in child care! For staff to immediately recognize that a situation isn’t working and letting that person or persons go is important for not only the safety of the children but also the mental health for them and the staff. So with that being said they jump on here and tell their little friends to get on here that HAVE NEVER EVEN STEPPED FOOT IN THIS DAYCARE TO BASH.. HARASS.. and DISCRIMINATE this business with EXTREMELY UNTRUE FACTS AND LIES because they are little girls that have nothing better to do than try to ruin the reputation of an amazing place! This BS of spitting.. unsanitary conditions.. and unsafe environment for children is 110% crap! Because these little girls that lost their jobs because their are unfit for childcare are just retaliating with untrue facts have nothing better to do. With that being said let me tell you EXACTLY HOW THIS BUSINESS AND THE STAFF ARE! My son has been in this school for 2 years. During that time I have seen the bad get weeded out and the amazing enter! The new management is above and beyond, hands down the most amazing ladies I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! As a mom that works full time plus overtime hours.. I don’t always have the opportunity to teach my little all he needs. Every day he comes home he has not only learned something new but doesn’t want to always leave as he has an unbreakable bond with the teachers in his class. Everytime I have walked in they have been deep cleaning the rooms for the littles and making it presentable for the following day.. not to mention throughout the day! The milestones my little has learned from this establishment has exceeded my expectations as a mother! We always dread leaving our littles. And I NEVER ONCE had a doubt that my son isn’t taken care of.. or fed properly.. or not being changed enough.. this staff from the front end management.. to the teachers.. to the cooks are the most lovely and beautiful souls I have had the pleasure of meeting.. and my son is safe and well taken care of! Never had a diaper rash or come home starving! So with that being said I hope parents look at THE POSITIVE REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE AND NOT TAKE TO HEART THE NEGATIVE LIES FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THIS PLACE AND I KNOW FACTS OF THAT! So if you’re looking for a wonderful school/daycare for your little this is it! The teachers and management have such a heart for this career and it 110% shows.. especially when I pick up my little and see the happiness in his eyes! So either listen to the lies of these reviews or come see the truth I just explained for yourself! My son Is truly happy and learning so much I will never stop recommending parents to come here! Thank you to ALL THE STAFF for being there not only for my son.. but a mother that can’t always do the above and beyond you all do. So thank you for every and don’t let these lies get you down! WE ALL KNOW HOW AMAZING YOU ALL ARE!

Dont bring your kids here! They will get extremely sick and it won’t stop! They do not properly sanitize anything, the food is made very unprofessionally. The cook is spitting in the sink while cooking food. They are always understaffed so most likely your kid won’t be payed attention to and if they do get attention it seems to always be negative. If you child has any learning disabilities do not bring them here. It is very unsafe and all their teachers and even owner is very uneducated in the matter. You child will suffer and decline here. Don’t bother spending your money for nothing but staff with no cpr certificates or trainings treating your children poorly and talking down to their faces telling them how much of a bad kid they are. They love threating students. Just don’t waste your time and mental health on a terrible owner and a terrible staff.

Reading these reviews broke my heart, looking at the dates I can see that 90% of these were written before new management was put in place. The new managers Ms. Daphne and Ms. Jenn are the dynamic duo....I know them both from a previous daycare and know the genuine love they have for their jobs, the kids and families they work with. It can't be easy to walk into a job and have so much to get in order, but I can see the changes they are making and the vision they have for the center. My 6 year old and my 18 month granddaughter attend the center and love the teachers, managers and kitchen staff. I definitely feel a family vibe, I really enjoy the whole team, but more importantly my babies enjoy themselves!!!!
