Staff is amazing and tentative, We couldn’t be happier.

Personally I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. My son attended this daycare for roughly 8 months and for the first several months I was very happy with how things 'seemed'. I began to start questioning little things and behaviors among the staff that over time became alarming. To put things into a 'civil' prospective - the revolving drama in this establishment is overwhelming and unprofessional to say the least. Employees are allowed to speak ill of parents in front of the childeren, employees are allowed to yell and scold childeren, rip toys from their hands as acceptable punishment (watched this with my own eyes) not regarding my child but other childeren, the type of neglectful nature these people have towards childeren, leaving childeren unsupervised and unattended and the outstanding attitude towards the parents they don't like reflects their behavior towards said childeren. - Overall the misconduct of the staff and the safety of the childeren is both concerning and disappointing. :(

Nice place and caring teachers. My niece and nephew go there. I'm also glad its all female staff. Keep up the great work and may God bless you all.

My granddaughter has attended this daycare for 6+ years. She has a few disabilities, and of course I was nervous for her and with raising her full time, I was even more of a train wreck to ensure her safety and that she would be treated fairly. E.L.A.P not only did that, but they treated us as if we were part of a family there. This was our last year, as my granddaughter is going into middle school and we've outgrown daycare, but I would highly recommend this daycare.

I cannot even express how grateful I am to have this daycare center in my life. Not only do I trust the providers at ELAP with my daughter to take care of her in a loving, compassionate, and caring way, I also can depend on them to be straight up, honest and open with me. I absolutely have a professional relationship with the providers but I also have built friendships with employees as well. I will never forget the emotional support my daughter and I received when my children's father passed away, within a month of my daughter first starting when she was 3. They have been more than just child care providers for me since the beginning. I know that anyone who has their kids there are very fortunate. It is one of the best daycare I have ever worked with and my oldest is 26, next 21, next 15, youngest 6, so I have had a lot of experiences with daycare providers.
