I absolutely love this place and the staff. My granddaughter has some hip issues and they worked with her and she started walking at 19 months.
Chelane PaineApr 9, 2026I was attempting to pick up my child at the usual time I always do. The teacher physically held my child from me. Would not allow me to sign her out to leave. I had to grab my child before she would let her go. The teacher began screaming "You're hurting her, you're hurting her!" Scaring all the children around us when my child wasn't making a sound, just confused as to why she could not be with her mother. I walked to my truck with my child and while placing her in my vehicle, one of the staff reached into my truck and grabbed me by the wrist saying, "We have a problem." I had to move towards her to get her away from my truck far enough to close my door to leave. Then, to turn it around, these teachers have the audacity to say they feel threatened by me and compared me to an active shooter. They claimed they were not trained well enough to handle "such a situation." Ridiculous. Withholding a child from his or her legal guardian and assaulting a parent. Wow.
