  • My son loves his daycare. He is 6 and in first grade but he still comes here on breaks and happy to be there. He loved the curry they made, no spicy and yummy. Rice and meat also his favourite. I am grateful for all of their hard work.

  • We love this preschool/daycare. It belongs to Tacoma First Baptist Church. My both kids attended/ is attending here. My family used to live here in Washington, my big son attended back then. We moved to Texas for 3 years(military PCS). After we came back from Texas, my little son is attending currently. No needed to think twice to come back this center. Teachers are very loving. They are pretty good in communications with parents. They try to work with any situations. Plus, cheaper tuition than any other centers. Highly recommend!

  • I am actually shocked at how my son and I have been treated here. I would expect more from a church. My son is a normal, energetic 4 year old. He is loving and kind but, as most 4 year old boys, has a lot of energy. My son has been in daycares since he was 1 and we have never had an issue but less than a month of his starting here I was just informed they are terminating him for having a hard time following directions! NOT aggressive or off the wall behavior. I was given examples such as - he goes up the slide after repeatable being told to go down. Or - he can't seem to sit still for circle time. He cries in the morning when I leave which I think frustrated them as well. The woman I have had most my conversations (older, short hair) is absolutely rude, cold and curt. Look, I'm a single mom and cannot just take days off to find new daycare or pay new registration fees after less than a month of doing this already. It's also not easy for my child to bounce around day area. It seems they're concern is not trying to show a child good behavior but rather harp on undesirable behavior. It's really unfortunate, especially for a church. I wish I had never wasted my time or money.

  • Very clean. Wonderful teachers. And great learning curriculum. My daughter loved this daycare. My little sister grew up under the care of this wonderful Place and I was lucky enough for my daughter to attend.

  • When I left the Midwest to move to Washington, daycare for my toddler was the biggest worry of all. I prefer centers, so I toured a few centers that I could find online. They were mediocre at best so I was very worried about finding a good fit. My husband found this daycare online, and he had a recommendation from a local that he asked. We toured it right away, and I actually cried at the center because I was so pleased to find such a great daycare that not only had an opening, it was affordable. My son has attended it now for almost 4 months. He is in the toddler classroom, and he is very well taken care of. His teachers are very kind, and he has the added benefit of hearing and learning a second language while there. There are children from multiple cultures there so it isn't just tailored towards one specific group. It's also a church daycare so they do pray and talk about the Bible. They have a fantastic outdoor playground for the children when it's nice and a great indoor playground for when it's not. The food is healthy and they do follow a schedule. I never felt like I had to worry about my son or his care while he was at first learning tree, and I will forever be grateful for that when moving to a new state without knowing a soul. We have to relocate to KENT, so we are currently looking for a daycare there, but if we were staying in the area and my son definitely would have continued at that day care until he was ready for school. Definitely check out this daycare, and see if it could be a good fit for your child! I don't think you'll be sorry, and you may end up crying happy tears like I did haha! Sidenote-they don't offer daycare until one year old so they do not except infants.
