  • This organization previously presented information on Auditory Processing Disorder topics within its Speech Clinic materials. In practice, there was no observable alignment between those public claims and the knowledge or competency demonstrated by staff. Following that discrepancy, all references to those topics were later removed from the organization's website without notice, clarification, or revision statement. The sequence of (1) presenting subject-matter content, (2) failing to reflect that content in actual service delivery, and (3) silently erasing the material afterward raises substantial concerns regarding the accuracy and reliability of the organization's public representation of its expertise. Entities working in communication-related fields are expected to maintain transparent, consistent, and accountable public resources. Quiet deletion and unexplained inconsistency fall well below that standard.

  • I have been a patient at HSDC for eight years. HSDC has been incredibly helpful addressing my hearing issues. Dr. Chris Stefanile is so professional and experienced. He is so patient and communicates so well . He takes the time to explain your hearing issues and shows you how to use your hearing aids. I am very grateful to have had this experience at HSDC and very sad that this facility will not be open in the future. Thank you

  • My entire experience was great. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The facility was lovely. The on-line forms were a breeze as they were auto populated where possible. Christopher was fantastic, very knowledgeable and articulate. I felt in good hands with him and the organization.

  • I am very pleased with the services I have received from HSDC. Dr. Christopher Stefanile is very skilled, personable and professional. From my audiology testing to the decision to purchase new hearing aides and follow- up appointments Dr. Chris’ explanations have been thorough and clear. My questions regarding the new use, cleaning and use with my iPhone have been met with much patience and accommodation. I highly recommend checking out HSDC for their quality and affordability of hearing aides along with their exceptional personal attention.

  • I just love Dr Chris - hes so informative and helpful and just a great personality. I really trusted his input when it came time to buy new hearing aids. He also prevented me from getting ripped off at a private hearing aid store.I sure hope Dr Chris stays at HSDC for a long time!
