  • My grandchildren go here, every time I come to pick them up they are always enjoying themselves in their classroom and doing educational activities. The staff seem amazing and work with the children very well. I would recommend 10 stars if I could. Thank you Keiki’s staff for being so amazing with these children!

  • My five children go here, and they have always loved it. All the teachers are caring and provide the best care that they can for each and every child.

  • My child attended Keiki’s for a week + one month. While he was there, he was mistreated not kept clean and was bitten several times by other classmates. In fear of his safety, we removed him from the program and parted ways. My number one complaint was because of safety reasons, we had to remove him and there were 8 days in the calendar month that my child did not attend daycare. When first signing him up for the school, they informed us that days that our child did not attend we would be credited to the following month and received that money back. We told them the day of signing he would not attend those days. For those eight days, it would’ve been roughly $650. The owner refused to give us our money back and took a vacation that week. We made multiple attempts and were unsuccessful with receiving our money. Being young parents this was a devastating blow to our finances and we are extremely hurt in the fact that this happened. Stealing our money is what we are most upset about. I would never recommend Kiki’s to a family member or friend. I would stay clear from this establishment. Not professional and putting your child at risk.

  • Pretty disappointed in our experience at keikis. When I first toured the facility, I was excited because we had just come from another daycare tour that was disgusting. When we walked in, I was refreshed to know that not all daycares were like the one previous. However I was completely wrong. Keikis has promises that they write and give verbally to parents with zero intent of fulfilling them. My 1 year old was bitten on multiple occasions, totally understandable for age and communication standards. However how it was handled was the reason we left. three times my child was bit, we received no Procare notice, we left the facility, and then had to reach out to keikis because WE noticed the bites. We were not informed he was bitten till after the fact of taking him home and bringing it to the attention of the director and his teacher. At pick up the first two bite incident reports were not delivered to us because we found those bites. At the time of the bite if it was documented after the fact, how could they have made sure that the bite was rinsed and washed throughly when finding out about it 8 hours later. The last bite happened and it was on his back. His back was turned towards a “friend” and the director and I found out about that bite at the same time together. It happened in the morning and the director and I had just found out that it had taken place at pick up in the evening. This bite had punctured the skin. Was the bite rinsed and washed throughly? Maybe! Because that’s protocol but if protocol wasn’t being followed as to report the bite, why would it have been followed to ensure care was happening after the bite? Another situation happened were it was his first week and I dropped off a sleeve of diapers(a Costco pack sleeve) and the following Monday at pick up his dad was told he needs more diapers. I brought more diapers but wondered how they went through so many in one week. We weren’t getting procare updates on diaper changes and in their parent packet they said diapers are checked and changed every 2 hours. That would have been 5-6 diapers a day. Maybe 7 if pooped. Well turns out, a dad who was picking up his child on his last day picked up my child’s bag with his name on it, his bag of clothes, (thank god not his blanket) and walked out with it. In return, I got the other child’s diapers and clothes… what bothered me about this situation wasn’t the fact that we were not reimbursed correctly, but that it was a child’s last day and the handoff was not appropriate. There was zero guidance for the parent saying oh no those arnt your child’s belongings. Let me gather them for you. Between the ZERO communication about child handoff and bites was the reason for leaving. However I would have left sooner if I knew I was being lied to. I provided breast milk for my child at the time of lunch. I had asked his teachers if he received breast milk and they always stated yes. I continued to ask if I needed to drop off more bags and they always said he had enough. Come to find out that the months amount of breastmilk that I had provided were NEVER given to him. And that they have a two week policy of it being in their freezer due to laws and what not. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GIVING MY CHILD BREAST MILK WHEN IN REALITY THERE WERE NOTES ALL OVER THE BAG SAYING GIVE TO PARENT DUE TO TWO WEEK EXPIRATION…. When collecting his belongings at the last day I learned of this. That there were only 4 bags missing of the breast milk that he received in the infant room when he started. I let the dirt from the bark chips in the playground, being sent home with expired string cheese, and lack of procare updates slide. I should have listened to my gut, and all the people who warned me on FB.
