KIDDIE ACADEMY OF RENTON

My daughter used to come here. Teachers don’t do their job as required. They are supposed to be helping kids with their milestones but that’s not the case with this kiddie academy. They’re more greedy with getting money from parents instead of investing their time in the children. The owner will give you assurance that your concerns, observations and complaints are going to be handled but that’s just bluffing since nothing gets handled. Their greediness to have numbers in their facility. Notes are not detailed about my child and they don’t make any effort as discussed during the tours that makes you think it’s a good facility with the intentions of luring you to get your child here. Avoid this facility by all means necessary. The owner doesn’t even put in an effort to make it better. Teachers are even more worse. The last thing you want is bring here your child and she gets neglected most of the time. Customer services is a joke and wack. And I can go on and on. I have to take action.

I am very upset and disappointed with this daycare. My child came home with bruises nearly every day, and there were no incident reports provided. When I asked my daughter what happened, she said that another child would push her. She also shared a deeply concerning comment: “The teacher told my friend not to play with me because I’m bad.” I brought up my concerns to the teacher multiple times, but the situation did not improve. The bruises continued, and I became increasingly worried about both my child’s physical and emotional well-being. If you are considering this daycare, I urge you to be cautious and ask thorough questions. My experience has been very troubling, and I hope no other child goes through the same.

My daughter really enjoys coming to daycare and loves all the teachers she had so far. They are very caring and kind to the children and show her a lot of love everyday. She learns a lot of songs, sign language and talks a ton about her day at school. They do lots of activities that keep them busy.

This is a review of just the owner - Feng Guo. She was extremely helpful in helping me understand the Kiddie Academy culture, protocols and Washington State mandates. My husband and I are parents of a toddler who is enrolled at a different location and we had and still do have some concerns about organizational aspects of our home center. Though our child isn’t enrolled at the Renton site, I wanted to just share that the owner showed care and understanding in her answers to my important questions. She exemplified truly what it means to be transparent and honest about policies, the law, and she offered great advice on how we can work to support and/or request answers from our own daycare provider to ensure we feel confident in choosing this center for our son. I love Kid Academy of Renton. I have my two kids there and if I had more they would all go there. The teachers the stuff and the management are all positive, helpful, supportive I really would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Kid Academy for educating and caring for my two daughters while I work.
