We are about to transfer to another location, and our choice to stay within the Learning Care Group was due solely to the service we received from the team at La Petite Mill Creek. I wasn't expecting everything to be perfect, but what received was an honest, hard-working, caring team, which made the impossible task of feeling comfortable leaving our child with a non-family member a little easier. Madhuri, Daisy, Maggie, Elana, and the others (sorry I can't remember everyone right now), have all been so wonderful. They ask about our son when he isn't around. They send updates through the app on a consistent basis. Daisy is especially good at sending pictures through the app. All in all, we are very sad to be leaving such a great team, but their service has inspired us to transfer to yet another La Petite location closer to the new home, and we are excited for this next great experience.
Cameron ChappellJul 10, 2026When it comes to entrusting the care of your precious, vulnerable children, you want to be certain they're in a safe, loving environment. We have certainly found that in La Petite Academy of Mill Creek. Our son attends the early preschool class with Ms. Rawan who is an absolute angel. She leads by example with consistent guidance in her sweet, nurturing way. Ms. Rawan truly takes the time to make each child feel seen, heard, & loved. At 3 years old, our son learns not only numbers, letters, days, months, & weather, but life lessons of manners, cooperative play, housekeeping skills, persistence, &, remarkably, the fearsome potty training! Ms. Rawan crafts weekly STREAM lesson plans that incorporate routines & play with themes such as mathematics, exploring materials, construction, senses, & nature. His confidence, wonder, vocabulary, social interaction, & emotional intelligence has exponentially grown - marveling his introverted parents. While he began daycare at age 1, we apprehensively enrolled our daughter in the infant classroom at 6 months old while grappling with parental guilt of the reality of returning to work versus the needs of our former NICU baby. The infant room teachers have answered our prayers & transformed our fears into surpassed developmental milestones. They have witnessed & celebrated those precious moments alongside us from 1st steps & 1st words to beyond. Former employee, Ms. Norma was a baby whisperer who could translate baby language beyond par. Ms. Maggie has been a youthful steady presence since our start at La Petite Academy with a wisdom & quiet grace beyond her years. She has Midas touch with our daughter who refuses to have her hair tamed, yet allows Ms. Maggie to style it in perfectly parted pigtails. Ms. Daisy's love of music has sparked joy & dancing in our kids. Ms. Jamie is the doting idyllic maternal presence. It's beyond reassuring when your toddler avidly reaches out for hugs from teachers like exuberant Ms. Sudatta at drop-off! Both kids have/had the joy to be in Ms. Rebecca's classroom. She is the energized/passionate Mom whom I aspire to be. With us both working full time, we are beyond grateful that the kids have a caring role model who treasures, adores, & comforts them as her own in our absence. Ms. Munne's passionate dedication has fostered her love of reading, which is a lifelong stepping stone to learning. Ms. Falone has instilled good habits of handwashing & cleanliness which they carry over into our home life. Nose bleeds, fever, bumps, and scratches have been handled expertly. The staff are such an integral part of our lives & well-being of our children that they are like family. We are coming to know, grow, & love the newest team members. One area of opportunity for La Petite Academy has been the administration. In our 2+ year enrollment we've had 3 different directors as well as periods without. Assistant directors don't stay. With an ambitious vision, the current director, Ms. Madhuri, has made great strides in hiring staff while boosting enrollment, however, few salutations are made to acknowledge when staff join or depart. Perhaps this is related to too many responsibilities on one individual while the assistant director post remains currently unoccupied. The center is small, which is a simultaneous pro & con. The teachers know every child of every classroom by name. They have an easy fluidity & can move seemlessly from class to class dependent upon fluctuations in need. During winter flu season or extended illnesses, when multiple staff are home sick, be prepared for times when the center relies on some parents to keep kids at home unexpectedly. The center needs more inter-cooperation of staff sharing among other local La Petite Academy sites and corporate on-site hands-on assistance. Overall, our journey at La Petite Academy of Mill Creek has been overwhelmingly positive. Our children adore the teachers/staff and we are so grateful for the care & love they provide. "It takes a village to raise a child;" we are thrilled to have found our village here.
Kimberly ZJun 5, 2026They are awesome! My kid has been going there for last 1.5 years and so far, I have no complaints. The teachers are very understanding and accommodate the childrens' every need, keeping their best interest in mind. My kid just loves miss Sudatta, miss Jemmy, Miss Daisy and the list doesn't stop there. The new administration, under miss Madhuri, is doing some excellent work on managing teacher schedule, maintaining discipline and ensuring a proper communication with parents. I highly recommend this center.
Jannatul FerdousMay 30, 2026Our two girls have been attending La Petite for a few months and it has been wonderful! You can tell every staff member truly loves what they do and genuinely care for every kiddo. My girls look forward to seeing their teachers and friends, often asking on weekends if they can go to school! I was so worried to start them in daycare, but I now have peace of my mind. Thank you to all the wonderful staff! We appreciate you!
MacKenzie CobbMay 26, 2026I had a terrible first impression of this daycare. We showed up for a scheduled tour, only to be told the person who was supposed to meet us wasn’t available and that we needed to reschedule—after we were already on site. They claimed they had called, but I had zero missed calls. In fact, the only call I received the day before was a confirmation of the tour, and I even got a reminder about the appointment just 30 minutes beforehand. What really bothered me was the complete lack of effort to accommodate us in any way. I asked if we could at least get some basic information or a flyer to take home since we had made the trip, and they refused. No materials, no attempt to be helpful—nothing. If this is how they treat prospective families, I can’t imagine what the experience would be like once you’re enrolled. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
Beatrice SuhermanApr 14, 2026Theeeeey're Great! Update: my son is excited to go to school to play with his friends. He says his favorite friend is "teacher". They also have recently made some nice building improvements plus new furniture and toys
