The owner is very rude and dismissive, we dropped our 2 year old and 5 month old off and they cried the entire time, they called us constantly over every little thing to complain and constantly reporting us over dumb little things but they have no problem taking that check the beginning of the month and then not allowing our kids to be there the entire week after getting paid (go figure) plus the 6 hours they were there they should have eaten but yet always came home hungry and really clingy like the staff was mean to them, someone should observe them for a week and I bet you would probably be surprised on what u may find out! I think a class action suit is in order just my opinion
Brandon SearlespMar 23, 2025I toured this place in search of a daycare for my 5 year old. I walked in and the owner’s office was like a paperwork tornado went off.. it looked like a hoarding situation. We were shown the rooms and it was very dark and depressing and the “cafeteria” area was completely cluttered. It felt old, dark, gloomy and the staff did not seem very happy to be there. There is no way I would take my child here with an environment like that! I read the reviews after looking at this place and it all made sense. Someone should buy these people out and give this daycare a facelift because our community could really use a clean educational daycare for our children!
Brook OstranderAug 18, 2024Saw one of the employees be verry rough with one of the babys I brought it to the daycare owner and she pretty much said I was lying and she gave me attitude. We got in an argument this morning and now my baby can't go to daycare there. Verry unprofessional. Any daycare is better than this one don't bring your kids there
Joshua StormsApr 30, 2024Worst daycare possible. When you're private pay, they treat your kid differently and milk you for the money. They'll let other sick kids stay, but if your little one gets sick there, it's not their fault and they are quick to dismiss you by forcing you to pay for non attending days. This place needs a serious revaluation of their license. The staff is rude as hell and won't even look at you at times, they are there for money and not the care of your little ones.
Jacob GarciaFeb 14, 2024I took my baby here after being emotionally manipulated by the owner. They did not feed him and he had a knot on his head when I picked him up. He even ran to me crying like he was frightened when I returned to pick him up.I reported them and am advising everyone to stay away from this daycare. Worst daycare experience ever.
Miss LadyAug 5, 2022After trying out a few daycares in and around Spokane, Little Sunshine has been the best so far for my children. Both of my kids have grown so much intellectually in the time being there. The owner is always super easy to get a hold of and she works with your schedule really well. I would recommend Little Sunshine to all my friends/family with children.
