The teachers there are great and work really hard. The staff is caring and most likely underpaid. The director is not kind. My child got sent home for “behavior” many times over the last year. They have no respect for working families trying to make ends meet. My other child, or both, were sent home for being “sick” many times when they were not sick at all. I advise not to send your children there. If you bring up disrespectful or rude interactions with the owner, you will be chastised and she will intimidate you, including blaming you or the other parent for her disrespect and rudeness. They pushed so hard for my child to be evaluated for social/emotional skills and issues and were extremely impatient with the wait times, often complaining to my significant other and blaming them for not knowing when my child was going to be evaluated, and now that it is all done, my child does not need special services and did not qualify for services for their behavior. The psychologist I am working with told me that they were overreacting or possibly not dealing with “big emotions” from my child, and thus choosing to send my child home rather than work with them. I had suspected this earlier in the year, as during the first year of working with my children, my child never was sent home for behavior issues. In addition to this, there were several times where I was told not to bring my child to daycare because they were “understaffed”. They also sell home made items and toys in the front where children coming in can easily reach them, it is at their level. This causes parents to have to often redirect their children and stop meltdowns from happening because most of us cannot afford to buy toys and food every time we go into the daycare. I think overall, they all mean well, but it doesn’t come across that way. Due to sending my children home so often last year I was taking leave without pay. This place is not reliable. They are doing this to make money, and not for the kids.
M BMay 2, 2026Loving Hands Learning Center has been a wonderful place for my Son. We have been with them for 2.5 years, and only left due to a job change that made this location too far out of they way. It was wonderful that they had availability for an infant when everywhere else had outrageously long wait lists. The location is very easy and convenient for anyone who works at PSNS or around, with very comparable rates, if not a little less than other locations. The staff are all friendly. My son has very much enjoyed his time here.
Nikita BaxterMar 13, 2026Unprofessional. Female owner constantly being rude. Talking about parents behind thier backs to other parents. Prioritizing money over children. not enough staff for the amount of children there. Using my child's diapers/wipes & clothes for other children. Many outfits/jackets gone!!
Mr dwarfFeb 10, 2026My daughter attended Loving Hands Learning for about a year from 2.5 to 3.5 before we switched because we moved out of area. We enjoyed our time here. We especially appreciated the provided food breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the kiddos. They had lots of variety for lunches and breakfasts. We also enjoyed their flexibility for drop off/pick up and their communication app. Overall, it was a great experience and was good value for the price.
Kristen KopczynskiJan 7, 2026my baby has grown so much developmentally and learned so much in just the 9 months she has been at Loving Hands. She instantly fell in love with her teachers and is all smiles the second we enter the building every morning. Her pediatrician and nurses always compliment her daycare due to how healthy and happy she is for a toddler attending daycare !! Jessica the owner, Tabitha and the entire staff are all amazing.
karla saeloOct 13, 2025My daughter has been at the Center for about 4 years and we are only leaving because she's getting ready to start Kindergarten. This review can not even begin to touch on how much I would recommend this place. My daughter has loved going to daycare ever day from the beginning, which is always such a good sign as a parent. They give plenty of snacks/meals to the kids and they did an amazing job working with me when she was potty training. We have had really great communication with staff and especially Jessica and Tabitha. These women are so kind and wonderful. They lend an ear and have always been willing to listen to thoughts/opinions and were a complete godsend during a specific time of struggle that we were going through. Thank you, Jessica, for C's (and my own) experience!
