We are so grateful for Luv-n-Care Daycare! From the very beginning, the staff has shown genuine love, patience, and care for our child. It’s comforting to know that every day, our little one is in a safe, nurturing environment where they are encouraged to learn, grow, and have fun. The communication is excellent we always feel informed about our child’s day, development, and any updates. The caregivers truly treat the children like family, and that means everything to us as parents. The facility is clean, organized, and full of engaging activities that keep the kids happy and stimulated. We’ve seen so much progress in our child’s social and learning skills since joining Luv-n-Care. If you’re looking for a daycare that truly lives up to its name, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Director Lillian is very unresponsive and doesn't communicate well. She ask for proof of childcare subsidy which I provided but she hasn't returned my email. Site supervisor was very nice but new and all pricing information is handled through the director.

TURN OVER WAY TO HIGH.. The director there does not how to coach or train.. Not to be disrespectful but fresh out of college and his FIRST TIME ever being a director of anything.. He has alot to learn.. Staff turn over is HIGHER than when I was a manager in fitness... However STAFF IS WONDERFUL.. and loves the kids so much.. They really do. No room for advancement as staff, no Benefits.. Its a Christian daycare but the bare minimal of acknowledging God is done in the classrooms.. The Director there leads with a WASHINGTON STATE let you go for no reason policy.. Or may have one and just not tell you.. That part is definitely the deal breaker for a True Christian Company. I prayed for a way out and God gave it to me.. I have no hard feelings and will be praying that Daycare grows. BLESSINGS!

My one and a half year old daughter has been in a total of 4 daycares since she was 2 months old. I have had the worst experience with this facility that I could have imagined. Their employee turnover rate is something I have never seen before. It seems like there was a different person taking care of my daughter every day I would go to pick her up. There was multiple instances where she went home covered in dirt, food and who knows what else. The final straw was when they told me my one-year-old needed a behavioral plan as they called it for biting behavior. They told me "instead of using her words, she chooses to bite sometimes. It's excessive." I don't know about anyone else's one year old, but mine doesn't have very many words and it is not abnormal behavior for a 1 year old to bite things. She never broke skin and it happened a total of three times in the six months she attended daycare here. When I went to drop her off one of the last mornings, there was one teacher and EIGHT toddler's in one room. They do not have enough staff to sufficiently take care of the children they're supposed to look after. While we were leaving on my daughter's last day, the abrasive woman at the front desk told me that even though I paid for the entire month in full (DSHS co-payment), since I didn't give a two-week notice, I would be billed for the next two weeks out of pocket. This is not a "spiritual" or loving facility.

Based on my visit to view the center and meet people and to ask all my questions. I love this place so far. No complaints. I will update my review once my kids are enrolled. Looking at the other comments the center director is no longer a lady so they got a new one. Things are way different here then the other comments.
