  • Met some staff who were tabling at an event. I had not heard of them before, so I asked what services they offered. One of the two staff members tabling, Jerrica, gave a heavy sigh, and told me to read their pamphlets. That said, there was no activity nearby and no line behind me of people that I was keeping by talking to them. The other staff member was not interested in talking to me in the least. I asked about the facility and the addresses that their buildings had to the other staff member, as I was not sure if it all offered in one building or multiple ones - I was told that it’s a campus, so the different addresses are not a typo. I never stated there was a typo. I was asking a question because this was the first time that I was hearing about this place. I am not sure where they got that from. I will believe in the resources offered here, and I will tell people who need them about this place. I will give the disclaimer about how I was treated, and they can decide for themselves if your center is worth it or not. If your staff can’t be genuinely interested to do outreach about the center that you want people to learn about and visit, this is indicative of a bad company culture. What are you doing here?

  • Worked with Starletta the manager and Anna in person and had a great time working through some visitations per temporary parenting plan. You can apply for a sliding scale pricing based on income and they were very flexible and empathetic and helped me through that transition with kindness.

  • I had the pleasure of working with Jadi Craig, Coordinated Entry Specialist, on the placement of a new tenant at one of our properties. She was prompt, professional, and kind throughout the process. Thank you, Jadi, for your support and dedication in helping ensure a smooth transition for our new tenant.
