NOAH'S ARK DAY CARE

I was so grateful we never had to use this daycare. In general the daycares in Kitsap county are far below our own personal standards but this one was no exception. They do not answer the phone, ever, so hope that you’ll never have an emergent issue. They also do not like to give estimates on when they’ll have availability and they get really snippy when you ask - something that’s a normal question.

Our two children attend Noah's Arc Daycare and we have been happy parents for 4 years now. Their staff is very attentive and it seems that they truly love the children they take care of. I would happily recommend them to any prospective parents looking to find care for their children. They regularly update us throughout the day with what the kids are doing, which eases our minds and hearts. They also have a steady stream of fun engaging activities after school for parents to participate in as well.

Our daughter has been almost 2 years and we have very good experience at Noah's Ark Daycare. all the staff is just awesome. Amanda and Diana are both charismatic, lovely people. We always felt our daughter was in a safe and caring environment. They are super flexible and give their best to the kids. We are very thankful again for the opportunity we got. We highly recommend Noah's Ark Daycare to all parents who are looking for a good and homely place for their sweet ones. Good job and keep it up.

This is the daycare of all daycares! I am a very overprotective mama that has problems trusting that people will properly take care of my son. Every single one of the ladies here I trust fully and feel confident that they will give their all to not only my son's education, but also loving and keeping him safe! Amanda (the director) does an amazing job not only taking care of the very few problems that come up, but also taking care of her staff! The atmosphere when you walk in is that of a large loving family. The staff is always smiling, laughing ,and genuinely enjoy working here. They love what they do and it shows in their warm and welcoming demeanor. The staff is also very knowledgeable and has helped me become a better parent by gently sharing this knowledge with me. The facility itself is also very clean and well put together. There always seems to be someone cleaning, and for a place that must see many many dirty diapers in just one day, it always smells clean and fresh! From the nursery with Miss Haylei who works non stop to keep all the babies clean, fed, entertained and loved to the preschool children with Miss Diana who works non stop to get the children more than ready to enter kindergarten, this is definitely the daycare to go to if you want your child safe, loved, and educated!

AWFUL DISRESPECTFUL AND FULL OF LIES!! We had a spot reserved for our daughter which cost us almost $900 as described to us as half of the first months fee and would be fully refundable to us by Amanda when we originally met with her a couple months ago should we change our mind about using this daycare. We decided not to use this daycare and have been calling multiple times a day for weeks but there is no answering service on the phone and no one will answer to try and inform them we wont be taking the spot, even have sent an email with no response. They finally answered today which is still 35 days notice if they had answered or had an answering machine we would have given them 47 days notice. She proceeds to try and make me feel guilty on the phone for 'not giving them very much notice to fill our spot' and then the same person we originally met with Amanda now says $95 of our 'fully refundable deposit' is now not refundable. But she would call me back if she could refund any of it due to my 'lack of notice.' My husband takes time off work to go in and discuss with them and no one will answer his knocks so he decides to call while standing in the lobby. He literally watched someone in the office decide to not answer the phone while he is standing in the entrance calling. He ends up talking to Amanda's daughter who tells him that the deposit is fully refundable. A few hours later he gets a call back and the guy on the phone says the $95 is a registration fee.. we never actually registered we still have the registration packet on the counter at home, and the registration fee is non-refundable. To which he begins to question why it is not refundable since it is a registration fee and we were never registered and the guy says "I'm sorry you feel that way" it has nothing to do with feeling a certain way, they are charging us for a service never rendered. To end the phone call the guy tells my husband "WELL IT IS A GOOD THING YOUR DAUGHTER ISN'T COMING TO OUR DAYCARE."
