  • Writing this due to major concerns and lack of accountability without getting into specifics as I respect parents and their children's privacy. I'm saying this with my full heart. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE.

  • I enrolled my child here in February of 2025 and we both love it. The staff are super friendly and helpful with anything our family might need.

  • I absolutely love the unity between teachers and parents and how connected and engaging they teachers are with parents and all kids, my kids are so excited to go to “school” everyday and they are even more excited to talk about their day and their teachers. Highly recommended.

  • Here’s my honest review 😊 Parkview Early Learning Center is such an amazing daycare with incredibly kind and caring staff. Backstory: I’m a SUPER overprotective mother to my child and about 2 years ago I was “daycare shopping” for the perfect place that would care for my 5 month old baby girl properly. When I stumbled across Parkview, I just KNEW this would be her permanent daycare. The staff are super kind, caring, loving, and supportive of not only my daughter, but also myself and my husband. They treat us ALL like family and care for our daughter as if she is their own. And that goes for each and every staff member that works there. The staff really take the time to get to know each individual child and develop a close bond between each other. My now 2 years ago old daughter talks about how much she just loves her teachers all the time 😊 aside from the staff, the center is super clean and child proof. They have coded locks on the doors so ONLY parents/guardians/workers can access the building. They prioritize safety and the well being of the children. My daughter has been going there for 2 years now and I don’t plan on that changing. 5 stars all the way around ❤️

  • Today my 2 year old was pushed by another kid so hard she cracked her head open and ended up with two stitches. Accidents happen, it’s what she hit her head on that is a MAJOR red flag for children’s safety. She smacked her head on a jagged, completely exposed concrete curb that is located right in her class’s outside play area. When I asked how long the concrete has been exposed like that, staff said “we haven’t noticed it until now”. I was told two different stories regarding how this happened, I was also told there are cameras outside yet once I asked for the footage, suddenly there are no cameras. When I asked a third staff member about the cameras, I never got a reply back. This place is definitely shady and is one big safety hazard. If this area would have been blocked off/up to code, she would’ve never gotten this hurt. They have been reported.

  • I’m writing this review to express serious concerns about the way this facility is being operated, particularly regarding staffing and the care of children with unique needs. My five-year-old child attended this center, and from the beginning, we faced challenges that were made worse by a clear lack of staffing, proper communication, and inadequate support systems. We had begun the process of securing an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) for our child—something legally and ethically important to ensure proper care and support. Instead of working with us through that process, the facility abruptly terminated our child’s enrollment, citing being “understaffed” and going so far as to blame our child for staff quitting—an absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional response. The center promotes features like in-room cameras and regular updates through the ProCare app, but these tools are either not in place or not used properly. Photos and updates were inconsistent or non-existent, and there was a lack of transparency throughout our time there. Redirection strategies were also lacking. Rather than offering age-appropriate, proactive redirection methods (such as engaging the child with a sensory activity like clay), the staff relied on offering too many choices to a young child who clearly needed more structured guidance and support. This is not effective redirection—it's a sign of underprepared staff and poor training. Most importantly, if a daycare is short-staffed, they should not be enrolling more children. Safety and individual care should come before business growth. Parents deserve to know if a center is unable to meet basic staffing or safety standards. This experience has been heartbreaking and frustrating. I strongly encourage other parents to ask the hard questions before enrolling their children here: Do they truly have the staff to support your child? Are their cameras active and monitored? Are communication tools being used reliably? And are they prepared to support children with learning or behavioral needs? Sadly, for us, the answer to all of these questions was no.
