We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose School of Bothell. After trying another daycare for a period of time, we ultimately decided to come back to Primrose and the difference was immediately noticeable. The level of care, communication, structure, and professionalism at Primrose was simply much better, and returning really confirmed for us how special this school is. The teachers and staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and well-being. Communication with parents has consistently been excellent, and it’s clear the school puts a lot of thought into creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment. One thing we especially appreciate is the balance between structured learning and fun activities. The curriculum keeps children engaged while still allowing them to enjoy being kids. The facility is clean, organized, and welcoming, and the staff always make an effort to know each child and family personally. Since returning to Primrose, we’ve seen such a positive difference socially, emotionally, and academically. We’re incredibly happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend Primrose Bothell to families looking for a supportive and high-quality daycare/preschool environment. PS: Ms Sneha is the best teacher! Our daughter has learned so much since attending Primrose, amazing work on her part and curriculum!
Aaron KhanMay 29, 2026We have both of our sons attending the school, and they are very happy. Clean facilities, good meals, plenty of activities, great managing staff and teachers. Overall we are very happy with the school, and definitely recommend it. Huge shoutout to Ms. Sneha, Ms. Lupe, Ms. Mira, Ms. Katherine for taking care of our kids.
K ZMay 21, 2026Our kids have been attending Primrose School of Bothell for about a month now, and we are truly grateful for the experience so far. The first few days were understandably emotional. there were tears and hesitation at drop-off, but the teachers and staff handled the transition with so much patience, empathy, and care. They took the time to comfort, engage, and gently guide our children, which helped them gradually feel safe and settled. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Lendy and Ms. Claudia. Their warmth, kindness, and consistent support made a huge difference in our kid’s adjustment. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do, and it shows in how they connect with each child. We are especially thankful to the administrative team, Ms. Anu and Ms. Chantel. From the very first tour, Anu made us feel instantly connected and reassured. She has been incredibly supportive, approachable, and thoughtful throughout this journey. Ms. Chantel has also been wonderful, always welcoming, organized, and responsive. We truly appreciate the entire team, the teachers and staff consistently show dedication, attentiveness, and genuine care for the children. It gives us comfort knowing our kids are in great hands.
N TApr 30, 2026We love Primrose school of Bothell for our Son, He is currently in pre-kindergarten class and he looks forward to go to his school. The class teachers Mrs.Sneha and Mrs. Aashvini are awesome, they helped him through the transition from his old school that he didn’t enjoy at all. Very caring and nurturing teachers!! The admin staff, Ms. Chantal and Ms. Anupama are really caring and helpful.
Maltiben P DodiaApr 24, 2026Primrose has been a perfect fit for both our children. We were initially nervous about how our youngest would handle her very first daycare experience, but Ms. Justine, Ms. Catherine, and the director, Ms. Anu, provided such consistent comfort that she transitioned incredibly fast. She loves her teachers so much she even asks to go to school on the weekends! Our eldest is thriving in the preschool program. He is constantly talking about the "cool" science experiments and activities. A highlight was when local police officers visited the classroom for society helpers day—he hasn't stopped talking about it since! We truly appreciate the effort Ms. Sneha puts into teaching everything from academics and counting to life skills like handling money, shopping, laundry and art. As the parent of a very active boy, I specifically chose Primrose for its impressive play areas and large structures that keeps him engaged. We also love the in-house cooked meals; the portions are great and the flavors are perfect for a child's palate. With a fun calendar of year-round celebrations and fewer holiday closures than other local daycares, it’s been an amazing experience for our family for the past one year.
