We love RCC! My daughter absolutely loves going and looks forward to it every day. The staff is amazing—so engaged, attentive, and genuinely caring with the kids. Communication is easy through their app, and I love seeing photos and videos posted throughout the day. They have always worked with our needs. Highly recommend!
Brittney JansenFeb 6, 2026By far the worst daycare my child has EVER attended. I was starting a new job and quickly needed to find a daycare that would work just for a few months before my daughter would start kindergarten. My first day coming to into this place A CHILD opened the door to me. No adult near by. Didn't even see a teacher until I had walked all the way into the building and into the classroom. Which by far was too small for the amount of children they have. I could barely talk to the teacher without her being distracted or another child coming up to me and talking to me. Which I found very uncomfortable. Because i am a complete stranger. Yeah no that made me uneasy that children can come up to whoever, whenever and OPEN DOORS to strangers. But I was in a desperate timeline to find a daycare so I could start work and I figured this will work just until I find something better. Just as long as I voice my concerns about my first interaction I had just had with them. Her first day attending not even 60 seconds into the building the woman Ms Jenny grabbed my daughters arm without introducing herself and tried to take her outside. Her FIRST day. With no introduction or anything. I was trying to talk to her but seeing that I immediately snapped. You dont grab any child like that without even saying a word to them first but especially a child on their first day. So that right there was our first problem. I had told them ahead of time my daughter is autistic. But she is not high needs. She just has trouble regulating her emotions but overall is a pretty easy kid. They could not handle her on the other hand. Her 2nd day when I left her there she screamed and cried for me. Like most kids do when a parent leaves. But that was apparently too much for them and instead of comforting her they judged her and decided this was too much for them. HER 2ND DAY. Mind you she has been to other daycares and all have dealt with the same thing. Never been a problem. When addressing these issues with me their manor was not supportive and instead very rude. Ms JENNY then decided to LAUGH while I was discussing my daughters concerns. She got quite as soon as I called her out on it. These people are not fit to be around children. And instead of trying to make a game plan of how to properly care for my child they said " we are not equipped to train special needs kids " ... my child is autistic but crying for her mom after her mom leaves on the 2nd day does not call for not being able to tend for a special needs child. If anything it was a quick and easy excuse. Any child would cry for their parent after being left in a new place. Especially a place like that. But no your right Ms Jenny. You are not able to tend to a special needs child or any child. I noticed how you were with the other kids too it was not just mine. To laugh at a child is SICK. And I will make every single parent aware of your actions today. They also voiced how my child kept taking her shoes off.... INSIDE. Which was grounds for kicking her out. Children should not be expected to wear shoes ALL DAY EVERY DAY. NONE of her other daycares were like that. Also made a problem about my daughter simply holding toys.... like 1 or 2 at a time. Which is a safety tool a lot of kids use... weird how that was an issue. Nonetheless, whatever those are issues at their facility okay. But how they went about it was disgusting and appalling. I will be reporting them immediately. Do not trust your children here.
Chyann MooreJun 5, 2025After copious issues with the staff, they decided to LAUGH about our daughter and refused to give their full name when requested. If you are not prepared to have a child be upset, and saying because she took off her shoes she can't stay, maybe voice your inability to handle upset children and other stipulations beforehand. Our special needs daughter was enrolled here for only two days, before we got calls from staff repeatedly requesting we spend over 20 minutes there trying to calm our child down about being upset she was somewhere new. Of course a child will be upset in a strange place, around strangers. Especially one with any disability. And you make fun of her? Above all, laughing at a special needs child and refusing to give your information when requesting shows a huge unprofessional demeanor and disrespect. Unacceptable and rude.
Andrew EastonJun 4, 2025The staff are professional, caring, and attentive to each child's needs. The environment is clean, safe, and well-equipped, offering a wide range of educational and play resources. Our child has learned so much and made many friends here. They come home every day excited to share stories about their day at daycare, which gives us great peace of mind. We highly recommend this daycare to all parents looking for quality childcare services!
RayneJul 28, 2024Our daughter grew up in the daycare, the early and late hours really helped us through the tough working schedules. She was well cared for, the daycare now has fully updated with newer toys and rooms, staff are communicative with our needs and kiddo's status. Thank you for providing us the convenience and care, will come back again.
Junfeng HuangNov 8, 2023Moving from Colorado to Washington, I was stressed trying to find childcare for both my 3yo and baby. Too many places were too expensive or only had an opening for the 3yo. Finding RCC was a huge relief and even though it is a daycare center, it is small enough that we know all the staff and they know both of our kids. The infant teacher is amazing!!! She has been accommodating with our requests/wishes. She knows and stresses the importance of tummy time. She has happily followed BLW when my baby turned 6 months old and started having solids. She does tons of sensory play for the babies, music, reading, dancing, and circle time. They have been supportive of me sending pumped milk which can be a hit or miss with other daycares but incredibly important to me as a nursing mom. For my 3yo, I love all the different art projects he brings home. I get to hear about all the outside and playground time they have. After moving here, we constantly heard “I LOVE NEW DAYCARE!” During pickup, it is heartwarming to see him have to hug his teacher and friends good bye before we leave. RCC is a really wonderful place.
