We loved our short time with SELC on Alki. This location was so special. Kristina was incredibly communicative and involved in the classrooms. Ruby was our daughter’s main teacher and we loved her! She was always facilitating creative, hands-on projects or games with our daughter and the other kids in the class. Our kiddo still sings the songs that teacher Ruby taught her. She genuinely cares for each kiddo; our daughter never wanted to go home after being at school! I loved the layout of this location. The kids get ample time outside, including beach time at Alki. We only left because we had to move, and we all were in tears when we had to say goodbye to such a wonderful care center.

Loving and caring environment, all teachers were so supportive and nurturing! We enjoyed being here. Owners and administrators have been super-accommodating to all our needs. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Alki SELC and some absolutely wonderful teachers. Our boys both loved the preschool teacher. Ms. Beatriz is a gem, super creative, thoughtful and caring of all the kids. The art projects and outdoor time at Whale Tail and the beach are cherished by my kiddos. The owners were always responsive and supportive of our family’s needs. Our boys left preschool very well prepared for elementary school. Thank you SELC!

Wonderful preschool. Our daughter was very happy to go there. Teachers, Miss Erika and Miss Mili are amazing. Great communication from school, even in the tough times like 2020. School had plan in place and we knew exactly what to expect and what next steps would be if anything to happen. Great precautions. Management is very thoughtful about keeping kids safe, small groups, no mixing of teachers/kids, following health recommendations/protocols. Great place, where I can be certain our kid is very well taken care of. Regina and Bo - thank you!

Regina and her SELC team provided a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for my children. I was thrilled when they would come home and share facts they learned about National and global matters. Both children had special bonds with their caregivers and were a bit heart broken when we moved. Regina and Bo pivoted and transitioned with expeditious grace throughout COVID-19. I have sincere appreciation and respect for their efforts to accommodate to parents during that challenging time.
