  • Our experience with administration at The Country Playhouse was extremely disappointing. During a period involving normal preschool behavioral and emotional regulation challenges, we repeatedly tried to work collaboratively with the center by asking about interventions, support strategies, and ways to help our child succeed. Instead, the situation increasingly felt focused on repeated removals from care and exclusion rather than partnership or problem-solving. What stood out most was the way we were treated as parents. When we asked questions about policies, billing, and next steps, communication from administration became dismissive and adversarial in a way we found deeply unprofessional and concerning. We understand childcare providers must prioritize safety and handle difficult situations. However, we expected more transparency, empathy, and professionalism throughout the process. Families with young children still developing emotional regulation and social skills should carefully consider whether this environment is the right fit for their child.

  • We have had three kids at TCPA and love it there. We've had two start in the infant room. Our kids have enjoyed all of their teachers, and feel safe and loved there. Great community of families too, we've made many lasting friendships, just like our kids. Many families organize our kids to play MV and Valor sports together, and many are friends from Church as well. Kindergarten prep is excellent, our oldest was reading well-above kindergarten level after graduating from Jr Kindergarten at TCPA and was very well prepared to start elementary!

  • Overpriced, mediocre curriculum, and they are not SPED friendly. Would not recommend.

  • This place is fantastic. The only 1 star reviews didn't leave comments...probably rival daycares. There's a reason the waitlist is so long here! They have the most experience in the area and the best facility.

  • Both of my kids learned in the center. I believe the center is doing great job (though there's always room for improvement and I would appreciate better communication from the admin team). Nevertheless I will recommend it to all my friends.
