Staff was nice and had no issues answering questions, even if my kids asked how long till the slide opens every 5 mins... side note, water slide opens at 1pm on Saturdays. Family day pass is reasonable and allows you and the kids swim time.
Terisa EselinJul 13, 2026Emily from the front desk is awesome! Very welcoming and understanding customer service. Really gets things done. Whatever they’re paying her, it’s not enough!
Tennyson CrofootJul 10, 2026Went to take my Grandson, who has Autism. They took the money for swimming from my card, when they went inside, the wave pool was not available, as they had that side closed off for swimming lessons. There were some older adults, water walking in the other section. My Grandson went to the side with the wave pool, and attempted to get in the pool. He was quite upset, when he was told he couldn't go in. Maybe post times when the pool is not available for use by the general public, due to other groups scheduled to use the pool. 😢
Brenda SelvidgeJun 27, 2026Has become our home away from home. Kids zone is the best, friendliest workers and cleanliness standards are high. Pool is amazing and such a great area for kids AND parents because it’s heated.
Kendra JohnsonJun 15, 2026Came back recently, was alright. Sauna was cool, steam room was cool, then a little rat child decided to break open a full thing of cleaner into the steam room breaking things. Then more kids broke a tile in the roof of the changing room. It was alright
DavisApr 28, 2026So I got a membership because I wanted to work out. Was way too crowded most of the time, people were rude and demanding of me never using equipment. And I'm not sure if it was staff or just a random lady but my spouse and I were trying to stretch before a work out in the one area where weights were and we were told we couldn't be there because classes were taught there, and no classes were there for the next 2 hours we were nearby. So I canceled my membership. Working out at a gym or outside is nicer.
