Excellent for your child
Amari JohnsonAug 12, 2026I would like to be positive and also state my feelings and concerns. I feel the center is a great well kept building. I do believe that efforts are made to fix any concerns you may have but I also feel it is done with caution because they our short staffed and really can not afford to lose employees. I've encountered two teachers there that truly have personal issues. When I brought up concerns they continued the behavior and also began to treat my children differently. I have had my kids home with me since and have not brought the issues to the center attention due to knowing that even if it is addressed the individuals are not going to change because they know they are needed, making it difficult for me and the center due to teachers shortage. No one should feel uncomfortable leaving there child or picking there child up. For instance after I made a complaint about the lead teacher she stopped checking and changing my kids at pick up and I had to wake my child up and put on his coat as she watched and all the other kids where sleeping.

1 1Aug 20, 2025This center has gone down hill, the teachers and staff talk about your kids like a dog, the management doesn’t care and let the staff do what they want and protocols are never followed because the company is scared to lose employees that are no good for this head start program. Do not send ur kids here, you will regret it because i do!
